Firstly, I'm not creating any hustle. Just commenting and sharing my point of view. Also, I'm not telling anyone not to download your stuff. Just saying this feature is already done very well in other works, for sure better, than what I can see on this topic. I'm not being offensive, but you'd better come up with a fresh idea and then start coding. Regards.

This is already featured in my Los Santos Rescue Division (and in some other plugins, which I will mention later). Why do you want to publish this? What is so "Reloaded" in it? Is it somehow different? No. Is it beautifully animated and positioned? No, just look at the screenshot. What's the purpose of it? I mean I can publish CPR feature from my LSRD right now, but I won't do it if you explain to me what's unique about your mod. If people want to do EMS stuff, they can simply download my Los Santos Rescue Division, @PNWParksFan 's BetterEMS or @Darkmyre's Agency Callouts! Folks, if you really want to drive your EMS experience in GTA, I would definitely recommend you plugins I mentioned above!

Looks great! You might want to add some rope functionality to drag the ring with the victim. RPH doesn't have Rope class, but I can definitely help you with that! I have som ropes working on the fire Hose in LSRD.
