It depends on what CPU you have, I currently have a Core 2 Quad, so if I was to throw in a 970, it'd probably throw about 50% of the performance it could.

If you are just above the system requirements for Grand Theft Auto IV, you would be able to run it.

Is your game fully updated? Is LCPDFR (and its dependencies) fully updated?

Are you launching the game as Administrator? Is the game crashing or is there a script error?
