  1. Review this: http://openiv.com/?p=1132
  2. I don't usually take armed suspects, I do like calling Police Bikes though, since they can't shove the guy into a pole.
  3. I believe that the poster was talking about LCPDFR, which did have multiplayer support. OP: I believe that the LCPDFR Masterserver was shut down.
  4. Apparently MSI motherboards are about as strong as a piece of sugar paper.
  5. Already tried that one, truck corners like its on a turntable.
  6. Is there a handling line for this truck somewhere here?
  7. Don't forget that a lot of youtubers are now using a 'beta' CVPI model and are going batshit crazy about it, thus making people want it more...
  8. I think you made a spelling mistake, it's shitware, not this Alienware thing. If you want to get the best value, choose the parts yourself, then order it and get your local computer shop to build it.
  9. If you installed TrafficFlow correctly, it should be in your scripts folder.
  10. Is not related to LCPDFR, try removing other modifications.
  11. That may work, however you will be unable to get support with LSPDFR if it does.
  12. Turn up your Traffic Density and turn down the emergency services in TrafficFlow.ini
  13. My entire drive is set to Read Only, make sure your running it as admin.
  14. Of course, the smaller the better.
  15. You'd have to ask somebody with the steam version. The LCPDFR Diagnostic Tool wouldn't help, since you've overwrote files.
  16. Reinstall the game (or verify integrity of game cache if on steam)
  17. The V requirement is 1GB, I believe R* prevents V from installing or running if its not at the minimum requirements.
  18. Probably not, if you don't need portability, then get a desktop, you can get one for like £600 that'd run this game at 60fps.
  19. EyeCandy comes with a command line that makes the game think that.
  20. If you want to, you can download TrafficLoad from here and try it, if you get texture loss with that though, then your just going to have to leave it.
  21. I have your family of CPU, (I have a Q8200) and that would be under near full load, adding EyeCandy, no chance, thats a very demanding ENB.
