Try Yard1's LCPD car pack, considering you are already getting texture loss, Traffic Load/Flow is a no go.

Try starting off with some of the GTA V conversions, they are generally just over a MB

I believe all of the snow is attached to the model, not the texture.

No, you just need to choose more optimised ones, like I said, if the .wft file is over 4MB, don't bother trying. Also, what are your system specs, did you buy it prebuilt?

Your getting 100% out of your 4 core processor? Also, Intel doesn't seem to have many 8 physical core CPUs, excluding the newer i7's.

Windows newer than 7 are compatible, you need to change the compatibility setting to Windows 7 or Vista.

From what I've seen in the log, nothing to do with LCPDFR, do you use any custom cars and do textures disappear?
