Yes, you can add any vehicle in there and it should work. Is the game updating every time you install a vehicle mod?

In the patch day folders, there should be a DLC.rpf file, inside that should be a levels folder, then click on gta5 folder and then there should be a vehicles.rpf file. Regarding it not being persistent, are you using a mods folder?

Seems like America cares more about their amendments than their lives...

Just put the car mod in the most recent patchday files, it'll always use that over over directories.

Rockstar seems to just shove all of their interiors under/around Legion Square.
