Check our download section or https://www.gta5-mods.com/ As for pack with crown vics, i don't think there are any as there is only like 1 or 2 crown vics around.. and there is no lighting system yet, ELS V is in the works however. Most of the police vehicles (apart from a few) use the standard GTA V LED and rotator lightbars.

Your issues are most likely with your car mods, GTA IV can't really handle high poly car mods (especially if they're ELS enabled). try limiting the amount of car mods you and limit your scripts. I'd reccommend only using 3-4 modded police cars (police1,police2,FIB and noose cruiser).

Can you list all the other mods you use with GTA IV. considering it's an AdvancedHook error and that it has listed it as "probably not LCPDFR related" it could be another mod you have.

Working fine for me, try clearing your cache files or try a different browser (works fine on Chrome).

We have that, just not on their profiles. If you're in the download section and see a mod you like, for example if i uploaded a model, under the author (By CouthInk4) there should be a "Find their other files" button, once you click on it, it should take you to a page where it lists all their other files they've uploaded. Also i'm not sure if this one is for members or just Staff, but on peoples profiles there should be a "See their Activity" button, if you click on that it'll redirect you to a page with all your activity (comments,uploads etc) on the left side there should be a menu, from there you should be able to click the Files tab. like i said though, that second method i'm not entirely sure if that's for everyone or just a Staff feature.

Nope, the radio voices are split into pieces, so you can pretty much (if there is an audio file for buses) create and audio for this pretty simple - unit - location - callout. Creating these callouts wouldn't exactly be an issue, it's just needs to be interesting enough for someone to make it a plugin callout.

A ranking system has been discussed numerous times before and i doubt we'll see it anytime soon because not something many people want. The mod is meant to be both fun with a bit of realism. there are people who play LSPDFR realistically. and there there is people who play it for the fun and randomness that can unfold (like me). having a ranking system will make it too realistic and ruin the fun.

If you pay the $1-$2 G2A Shield fee, you're protected by scammers so if it doesn't work you can say the key is horrible and they'll get you a new key (Happened to me with Saints Row 2, key didn't work/already activated any in a few hours they got me a new key :D)

Like ineseri said, you buy the game from there, after payment it'll redirect you to your account where your key is held (an email might be sent aswell) and you use that key to activate your game on Steam or the Rockstar Games Warehouse (it'll tell you what version it is on the porudct information screen before you buy it.. if it's Steam you add it to your Steam account, if it's a RG version then you validate it from your Social Club page. From Steam or RGSC you download the game.

You can try https://www.g2a.com/ they normally sell low priced keys for Steam (or the RG warehouse) Just have a look around. Steam, retail, on the Rockstar Games website. however when looking online just be careful of scams.

No, Update when RPH is released as that is what runs LSPDFR. Scripthook V is a different program that runs different script. Information about RPH can be found here - http://ragepluginhook.net/
