But for some reasons it's the U.S. of A., not he worst country in the world, there those traitorous bastards like Snowden come from. Infiltrate a state-security organization, pretend to be an honest citizen, acquire classified information and then run to a rival country! It used to be called 'treason' in the good old days. Actually, PoliceHelper works fine with LCPDFR 1.0 except for the roadblocks, because officers get in their cars and join the chase instead of waiting for perp - at least I heard it this way, I never used PH roadblock with LCPDFR 1.0, I'm fine with LCPDFR ones. But you still able to call towtrucks, EMS, FDLC, coroner, deploy cones, barriers, flares, and random policeHelper events still occur.
