Well, I'm Russian and familiar with the situation on the ground. Almost everyone here are university grads. First reason: our army drafts males from 18 to 27. University students have 4-5 year draft deferment (bachelor degree) Master degree gives you another 2 years. Then you need to hide from the draft only 2-3 years more. Second reason: too many 'universities'. Nowdays it's easy for an educational facility to obtain university status. Brings more money. Third reason: almost all employers consider university degree a must-have thing. College grads usually hold worst positions (drivers, cleaners, police patrolmen, etc) As Yard1 said, it's quantity other quality. Only few universities in some cities give really good education. And our best students study in Germany or UK :D

Just saw it again once. yeah, you right - he left the car, then knelt and started treating an invisible patient (that one was lying far from paramedic). His mumbo-jumbo worked, he distantly healed a patient, and they both teleported into medic car. Street magic :D

Hi Luke! Don't your paramedics have a tendency to disappear? Once I called for them in an alleyway, a green dot approached, parked at the street (hitting my car by the sound of it) and... No Dr.House arrived. Green dot disappeared and I guess I heard the door being closed. No logs attached since I don't know if this is reflected in logs. I remember that in Abraxas' script paramedic would always approach you after stopping the car. is that possible that in your script they might disappear?

So LCPD VSPIs don't fit Liberty City as well? I mean, GTA IV is set in 2008.

Speaking about it, I wouldn't mind having a version of old police car among others. I would even place it to precincts in bad neighborhoods. But adding another type of police car is impossible, I suspect

I just go for a ride and when I come back everything disappears. Alternatively I keep an eye on cops (especially those called for backup) 'cause they tend to disappear when you don't look at them. After incident is resolved, they usually get in and leave the area.

Hi LukeD! Just encountered an error (worth saying, it's only one I came across) Third party plugin shutdown when I pressed "Y" to accept street race callout. Logfile attached. I use LCPDFR, ELS, some Yard1's cars, and new cops models. BTW, I didn't have any other errors, but when I call vehicle removals, they arrive and do nothing with vehicle (however, text message appears).

That's not Russia) Though we do have some funny chases too
