Oh shit. Never thought that can happen in Australia, to be honest. Well, certainly shows how devoted and dangerous those zealots are. Scares me only to imagine what could happen in other Western countries that are located closer to the conflict.

What is a felony traffic stop, BTW, and how can I determine if that particular traffic stop is a felony one? I don't think we have that difference in Russia... I call for back and use 'order the suspect out' if the driver is wanted for something dangerous etc.

The only drawback with non-els cars for me is the absence of a decent non-ELS paddy wagon. You just can't patrol in that Police Stockade.

I agree with that:) The only thing that I use modified default non-ELS cars and ped mods, but still, it allows me to play as long as I want (just some rare script errors pop up). For now I installed som Yard1's car just to test them, and switchin back to defaults.

Well, I live on the other side of the ocean, but I study Criminal Justice and Criminology and already work as an Assistant Investigator in the Investigative Committee. Large scale fraud, corruption, white-collar crime, all that. As far as I see it, U.S. police officers are taught all that they need in the academy. One can't be appointed a detective out of the blue, even if this person holds a degree in CJ...

Frankly, the majority of Crimeans are ethnic Russians, so the outcome was easily predictable. Russian army prevented any opposition from voting and immobilized Ukrainian forces. Scottish referendum definitely wasn't that predictable, but still show the will of the people. But for me this comparison seems out of place since Crimea never wanted to be independent.

I'm pleased with the outcome :) Glad that Scottish majority is reasonable enough to save one of the best states in the world from breaking. Frankly, the choice between independence for the sake of it and the Union was always weird to me. I also was afraid that Scottish separatism will designate the end of Europe as we know it and probably terminate the European Union. But this all doesn't matter any longer :)

Speaking about rights, if he sits in the university owned chair on university property, it's for proprietor to decide whether to allow him that. Other way it's a trespass... I think.
