As promised - Part two: the LSMPD Caprice Patrol Vehicle With the release of the Expedition and the Caprice by Him1250, I'll be adding to my LSMPD pack with a sort of 'free addon DLC' style pack. The pack with feature three new vehicles: LSMPD Patrol and Supervisor Expedition, a LSMPD Patrol Caprice and a LSMPD Detention and Police Support van. With the addition of the 'Addon DLC' pack, the original pack will receive some TLC and the vehicles have been updated and a few bugs have been fixed. It'll come with a new carcols file, ready for my Toronto Style LSPD Pack that's coming soon. Hopefully will get this out in the next few days. -
Might be an issue with the way their set up. I might go back and fix that when I find the time. Just scroll through until the go the correct way- 55 comments

It will support this feature, as each arrow is a separate entity. Try changing the secondary lights section in ELS to 'leds' and sticking it on 122.

Los Santos Police Waterfront Commission Part of the Los Santos Port Authority (LSPWC) It's nearly Christmas, so here's my gift from myself to you lot here at LCPDFR.com. Merry Christmas everyone! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information: Los Santos Police Waterfront Commission (LSPWC) is a police division of Los Santos Port Authority Police. Founded in 1953, it's purpose was “for the purpose of eliminating various evils on the waterfront in the Port, the Harbour and the Beaches of Los Santos.” It was also originally used to combat labour racketeering that swept through the port in the 1940s and 1950s. This pack contains: 2010 CVPI - Waterfront Commission Patrol Vehicle Features: • Full halogen light bar w/ inset LEDs• Compatible with my other packs• Optional 2k and 4k liveries • Optional Coloured or Clear Light bars The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe. THIS CARCOLS IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH MY OTHER PACKS. Los Santos Police Service (LSPS) This is one of the new packs I'm building for you guys. It's based off the Toronto Police Service, and features a full halogen rotor light bar based of the Excalibur light bar. It also features a unique dual middle rotor, complete with functioning coronas on both sides. There will be 12 vehicles in this pack, including traffic units, patrol units, slicktop and unmarked units and some unique units I've decided to throw in. So... One down, 11 to go... Special thanks to Harrison90 for letting me use his Toronto based LSPD skin as a base for mine! It's much appreciated! Final light bar setup for the LSPD (Toronto Style) pack: This breakthrough means I can now also begin work on old style light bars, as well as multi coloured lbs for future packs

For a new pack, I'm planning on making an LSPD themed pack based off the Toronto PD. For this I've been working for about 7 hours on getting the middle rotor to be multi-coloured, featuring two coronas. This is the closest I've come, and I feel I'm able to share this with you now. Yes, the timing it still off by a few milli-seconds (seen best in slow-mo) but I don't think I can come any closer to this. Been playing around with the RX2700. I might like rotors more than LEDs, but damn I love this light bar and I'm thinking of using the light bar in the next pack I release. This vehicle was created just to test the water with the layout of the lighting on the vehicle. Don't like the livery though. That needs to change. And not too sure about that Charger.... -
