Have you installed the ENB on a vanilla game? Try reinstalling the game with the original files and then install the ENB. There's no reason for you to not have what is display by all the others.

Well your best bet would be to directly ask him on Youtube with a PM. I don't see how we could recognize the ENBs he mixed together to get that result.

Vision ENB is a very-high end ENB, be careful with it.

The auto-focus DOF was designed to have no impact on performances. Same goes for the anamorphic lens flare, blue headlights and dirt lens textures. Godrays however can have huge impact on performances, and thus will most likely make your framerate drop significantly.

No idea, it also depends on your CPU. Personally I've an AMD FX-6300 and a Nvidia GTX660 2Gb and I play with the default settings which are high-end. Try mid-end settings first, and if you experience lags or low framerate, try low-end. If you still experience those problems, try very-low end.

The advantage of CryENB v3 is that you've many settings to choose from, if anything you can try it with the low or very low settings, everything is in the download. Murphy's ENB works that way too, you can find it on this very website.

Try CryENB v3. It's not that demanding in resources. But with a 1Gb GPU I don't know if you can run very sophisticated ENBs. If you prefer to use a timecyc mod, look for RealityIV, it's probably the best out there. Both can be found on gta4-mods.

I agree with you, to some degree. But putting all liberals in the same "I support this thing" bag is wrong. If I was a US citizen I'd consider myself liberal, and I still wouldn't agree with this. That's not because a government is of one side that all people of this same party agree on what they do. I'm pretty sure some conservatives disagreed on some of Bush decisions, same would go there. Nobody wants freedom deprivation, being a liberal or conservative won't change that, no need to bring this in.

A french TV documentary was broadcasted a few weeks ago about this very thing. I found it horrifying back at the time, I still do today.

One could say the same about rightist, conservative journalists who try to make something so big when it's not. All in all, I think that the best way to prove that this place has nothing wrong would be to let the building open to investigation.
