The second version of the explorer is with my skin even though I said everywhere no one could reupload the textures without my permission. But I expected it to be uploaded on , they upload everything, no matter what you tell them.

RealityIV is not an ENB, it's just a timecyc, so overwritting with another one wouldn't work for the OP since he wants this graphic mod in particular and not another one.

Hm, what? No, I'm not talking about Canada, this dude does, he asked why Canada wasn't there and I explained why. All the western forces are missing in the graph, like all the EU armies, and all that, but it's because the graph is a comparison between the armies of the asian continent, and the US army was used as a comparative indicator (since it's supposed to be the "most powerful country in the world").

I don't see what is so hard to understand in this graph. On one line you've the country name, the total population of this country, the ammount of population serving in the army, and the percentage it represents compared to the total population of this country.

Well, to be fairly exact, they have the highest percentage of active population serving in the army, as seen here: And considering their outdated equipment, vehicles, tactics and all that, I believe a lot of smaller armies could kick their asses if it came to a one on one (as in, no other country involved than North Korea and the other one). China is lending a lot of food and money to North Korea, in exchange they keep quiet like a good watchdog. China wants to keep North Korea because it makes a pad area between them and the western world. They refuse to have a common border with any country involved with the US.

This is a civilian Taurus: And this is the Police interceptor version: Rims, bumpers, bodywork, the trunk as well as the head and tail lights, there are a lot of differences between a regular Taurus with some police equipments on it, and a real FPI. They are two totally different models. But it doesn't stop you from releasing yours though. It just won't be a FPI, and more of a Ford Taurus.

I think that what he means is: When you refuse or don't respond to a callout, the text message should say a random officer name with "Responding", as if an IA officer responded to the callout, for realism I guess, instead of the "Crime scene cleared", and other answers you get from dispatch. And when there's a shots fired callout, more IA units would respond instead of just the player. However, to OP: you can call backup units to a certain waypoint already, just set a waypoint on your map and press Alt+B.

It's just a personal opinion about the look of the car, no one said it had to be the primary characteristic of a police car. In that case, you should also say "I lol'd at all these comments" when people say a police car is beautiful and sexy. After all, "it's supposed to do its work, it's not a showcar", right. Besides, I do believe that the look of the car does matter. Why? For the outside view people have on police. Why do officers wear full outfits with often ties, hats and all that? After all, ties and hats are not practical at all to do the work. But they still wear it. Why? Because it looks good, and people judge by the look. I'm sorry, but between two CVPIs, one with ALPRs on the lightbar and another on the trunk, the first one while make me laugh like hell while the other will bring more respect to me. Imagine if a police officer suddenly pulled you over and came at your window with a beer cap. Same with this car, the two huge ugly ALPRs are the beer cans.

They are for when you actually play The Ballad of Gay Tony or The Lost and Damned. You know, the two "DLC's".

If you want to remove them, you can, no big deal. As long as you put the main files in your directory.

First make sure you have a vanilla install of the game. If you don't, reinstall it to be sure. Installing an ENB on another graphic mod often results in crashes and stability issues. Once done, open the Install folder in the download and copy past everything in your GTA IV directory. Then go to settings, and select the one you want. The default ones are high-end, so better test it out with high-end and then change to your liking. Then install everything from the ELS preset folder by copy/pasting everything in your GTA IV directory. That's all you need to run the ENB.
