  1. This model needs quite some work though. It comes only with the lightbar variant, and the emissive lights are so dull that they are almost invisible during day.
  2. And less of an eyesore.
  3. Every car that you find on can be found on LCPDFR, gt4-mods, or gtapolicemods. If you want a car, search on those websites first. In addition of having the car, you'll have a read me, and an ELS config, and sometimes even features for the car like switching from red & blue colors to full blue and all that. Don't download stuff from if you can find it elsewhere.
  4. 3/ The world is okay, needs some serious work If it was really falling apart, I doubt we'd even be here discussing about it.
  5. Even if there was indeed copyright infringment, car companies can afford to let this go, they are already gaining billions over all the licensed products that are selling up to millions of units like all the Need for Speed games or Gran Turismo or Forza Motorsport. I mean, are they such vampires to the point to crave for money that much? A game used a couple cars, so what? That's not going to put them bankrupt.
  6. What is the thing to discuss here, exactly?
  7. Double release today with first, the update of my megapack, now with 84 skins instead of 60 before: And also the release of the french police skin I've made. First I did it for fun, but since I was kinda proud of it, I polished it to make it look as close to the real unit as possible.
  8. Couldn't he settle for a mask and makeup? I mean, now he won't ever get a job, and I hope he won't have kids because the poor little ones are going to be terrified each time they see their dad in a dark room.
  9. What's your name? Yes.
  10. Now we need another one for firefighters, and another for EMS.
  11. I really wonder though, because this puzzles me, what is the purpose of renting a car simply to go to a prom? Like, for what reason? I don't try to sound offensive or anything, but I really don't get it, so if someone could enlighten me on this, I'd be grateful.

Link to the model: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/5016-peugeot-308-west-midland-police/ /! THIS TEXTURE MAY NOT BE UPLOADED ANYWHERE ELSE WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION /! Hey you! Have you ever wished to have this little baguette du fromage feeling when you were patrolling the streets, but couldn't achieve this wonderful dream? Well here I am to bring you the solution! A brand new livery for the Peugeot 308 used by French police enforcement! With an aggressive line and the colors of the french flag, you will bring thugs and bad guys some cheese and wine, the french style! (Baguette, cheese and wine are not provided)
  12. Same, I mean, for me, the purpose of these parties were to have fun with my friends and all that, not to decide how we would go there (especially since we were mostly going there on foot).
  13. HUD/Radar on, Hardcore mode off (mostly because I changed the damage caused by weapons in the weapons.xml, so it's pretty much a one shot death), weapon sounds mod, ELS (even though I jump to non-ELS now and then to have less crashes), and plenty of scripts. Oh, and I play with my keyboard and mouse because playing with a controller sucks when you have so many shortcuts. Other than that I try to be professional, trying not to ram into people and pit them (I wish a script was made to actually made the drivers step out of their cars once you do a succesful pit), trying to respect the traffic laws myself, and all that.
  14. Personally I say congratulations to the pilots for: 1/ Avoiding a huge appartments complex 2/ Aiming for the river to try and lower damage and casualties They probably avoided a much greater disaster. EDIT: Here's an unedited version of the dashcam footage: http://www.theverge.com/2015/2/4/7975487/transasia-taiwan-plane-crash-dash-cams
  15. If you mean placing a police car in a civilian slot, and you unlocked it in the _SLOTCONTROL.ini file, it will have siren and ELS lights, but you won't be able to pull people over. If you mean placing a police car that was optimized for police2 but you want to place it in, let's say, pstockade, it'll work just like another police car, but you will have to change the line in the vehicle.ide file in the commondata folder so the car will have the perfomances of a regular car and not a big fat truck. Try to clarify a bit your question if that's not what you meant, it's not really easy to understand what you mean with so few information.
  16. I think Africa is a whole different problem. The most conflicts happening there are resulting of the long decades of settlements Europe countries had on the Africa continent after the World War II. Even though France and some others tried to give countries their independancy peacefully in most case (Marocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, etc), some other countries just left their settlements without drawing proper borders (Nigeria, Congo, most of the black Africa area), leading to a lot of territory conflicts, or sometimes they drew borders without taking into account the different tribes that were there way before the settlers, leading to the same problem. Those conflicts never allowed the different countries to find a proper balance and a peaceful agreement, thus leading to a lot of putsches and wars. The French presence in Mali though was directly related to ISIS and their progress in the country. We cannot allow them to actually take the control of an entire country, it could lead to much worse problems. But I agree that Africa should get some attention as well.
  17. I'm disappointed since the beginning when ISIS showed up. I mean, it was just the -perfect- time for the whole world to unite against a common threat and forget about the smaller fights to stop a world-wide problem, and they didn't take that chance. ISIS could have led to world-wide peace if countries united together to fight them, it would have been the perfect win against them, their creation would have led to what they hate the most. I guess I'll just keep dreaming about how the world should run instead of how it does now.
  18. Man, you need to make more Non-ELS Classic NYPD cars, they are just gorgeous.
  19. Wasn't there a similar topic posted like, a few days ago? EDIT: After a simple research, indeed there is: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> To be honest, Intel procs are more powerful, BUT they are -a lot- more expensive. Like, a lot more. If you want to have an idea of how powerful each processor is, take a look at the benchmarks here: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html With the average price for each one of them. For example, I run an AMD FX-6300, which costs around $100. A similar Intel processor, the Intel Core i7 975, has the same performances, and yet costs around $500. I find the Intel processors quite overrated overall.
  20. It might be either a muscle you pulled, or maybe a cracked rib. If the pain is not gone in a few days, you should make it checked by a doctor.
  21. I think we have to agree first on what a heart attack is. Heart attack may refer to: Heart attack, the common name for myocardial infarction, when the blood supply to a part of the heart is interrupted An inaccurate reference to cardiac arrest or sudden cardiac death If you were to have either of those, you'd be dead, or in an intensive care unit at the hospital.
  22. Renting movies? It still exists?
