Frisking Suggestion
Well, for those of us that play more realistically as you say, people still have different standards. Personally I play realistically following NYC laws, and it's stated the possession of firearms (pistol or long gun) needs a permit (and since we don't have the possibility to ask if the frisked person has a permit, we have to assume they don't, for the sake of public safety). Same would go for people playing with European police departments.

There was a couple of Chryslers in the works, but so far not a single one of them came to maturation and was released.

Steam problems? Anyone?
Try rebooting your PC, Steam f*cks up sometimes. And as iansonwheels stated, don't bother going through Steam to launch GTA, just go to C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTA IV, you'll find the .exe there, you can just run it as an administrator and bam, it'll work just fine without Steam even working.

gtaiv next update
Unfortunately, Ajax101 you're mistaken, especially given the circumstances, to begin with you need to stop busting our balls, it's our constitutional right to voice our opinion, we already stated several times it sounded like he did order people to do that, without taking care of that it had already been asked or requested, and without putting the forms to ask or request it nicely, which is common sense as you say when it comes to voice something. There are two outcomes for your negatitive attitude, Mr. Ajax101, either you're in denial or you are too stupid to understand my paragraph, either way you're in the wrong good sir. Acting like a smartass in front of your family isn't a good idea, I suggest you stand down at this point. In addition to your negativity, how us acting in front of your family is relevant to the topic discussed here? Next time you reply, make sure to invite common sense with you ;) See, I can do that too, it works all the same. Even though I bothered spelling words properly and having a proper grammar/punctuation. It helps when you try to sound convincing. EDIT: Dammit, got ninja'd by Fartknockr for the grammar and punctuation part.

Liberty County Sheriffs Office Dodge Charger Texture
That, I like! Too many people use EVI's Caprice (aka the Caprice almost no one has anymore), and KevinDV's Caprice isn't really heavy in file size. Good choice!

Is it possible to install two copies of GTA IV in the same PC?
Even though I get bored quickly, I don't bother copying the whole game (15-18GB takes far too much space on a hard drive just for a few cars, especially when I have something like 30+ different car fleets ready to install). Why not saving the vehicle.img file, ELS file, vehicle.ide file, and the peds files if you have custom peds? Takes much less space, and also a lot less time to replace.

Yes, I agree, it would have been more practical in a pack, but oh well, keep them coming, I'll keep downloading!

2011 Chevy Caprice
You might want to work on a template for this. No template means no license plate for this car, nor liveries people could work on to make it look sexy. Because to be honest, a full black car with a lightbar and no livery/license plate doesn't give me the urge to put it in my game.

Your favorite drink?
Get 27. French alcohol, made out of mint liquor. Very sweet (even though it has a 21% alcohol in it), pretty much one of the only alcohol drinks I can swallow, the rest is way too bitter for me. And the good thing is that you can drink it raw, or mix it with water, sparkling water, or even vodka! Nasdrovia!

ELS V8 Lightbar to ELS V7
Basically when you drive to a police station when on duty, there should be a colored arrow. You drive in it, the screen will go black for a second, and it'll repair your car. It was a feature added with the 1.0 I think.

ELS V8 Lightbar to ELS V7
Trainer -> Car Options -> Fix the car. Drive to the police station -> repair car. One of the main improvements of ELS v8 was that cars could now get damaged, I don't see the point of sticking with ELS v7. But as stated, ELS v8 and v7 are pretty close, so the problem might be something else.

How the hell do I heal this cold sore?
Wat? Your girlfriend doesn't want to talk to you because of a cold sore on your lip? Might want to change of girlfriend instead.

relationships?
That's a big problem when it comes to girls like that. In my mind, the two persons getting in a relationship or trying to get into one should just focus on the other person and ignore others (both guys and girls), matter of respect and not looking like a slut/womanizer. I guess it's a matter of education, or maybe we are just too much of daydreamers. Hey, FX-6300, cool, I've one too, welcome to the family! But DRIV3R sucked balls to be honest, I prefered Driver 1 & 2, and Driver San Franciso. Those were awesome, with an awesome OST.

Anonymous Targets ISIS: "You are a virus; we are the cure"
Well, to be fairly honest, Intelligence agencies over the world are quite unproductive on this case. First because there's almost no communication between the agencies of different countries (for example, one of the terrorists who participated in the terrorist attack in France was known by the US intelligence services as a highly probablye terrorist threat, while french intelligence services classified the man as a simple recidivist felon). This lack of communication is leading into everyone doing everything on their own side, without consulting other agencies, slowing down the progress quite a bit. On the other side, Anonymous (who strangely enough never managed to get eradicated by the said intelligence agencies, showing a certain superiority on this level) is collaborating, cooperating altogether as a single and unique force, thus making their strikes a lot more efficient and direct. Then, the corruption factor also needs to get into that. Qatar is known by many for giving money to a lot of terrorist organizations (including some under the ISIS banner), but strangely enough, absolutely no one takes actions against them, mostly because they own money, power, and petrol. Without talking about the incredible ammount of companies they bought across the world, even sports clubs. So, all in all, yes I do believe Anonymous could be more efficient than our intelligence services because of the points I mentioned above.
