It is PC only, due to RAGE Plugin Hook not supporting console, which is what LSPDFR requires to run.

I have never had a problem with RPH in the years that I have used it (since first release of LSPDFR). I have helped countless people who just have either deleted files they say aren't needed, didn't move the folders correctly or some other issue on their part. I don't see any problems with RPH and support it with all my heart.

I'm guessing something to do with that, as I checked my logs and none of that is there. Does the game load up without mods on?

And it was a CTD, so I am not sure if this caused it or a bad car mod I have installed. Any help is appreciated :) EDIT: Just found out it deleted RagePluginHook.exe I'm now contemplating a virus :/ Editt: Got it fixed, the folder was stuck in read-only mode for some reason, I did some editting to the permissions for the file and added a new user, then restarted my PC and it is now fixed. Haven't Hopefully it fixed that error.

I agree with you there, all I would like to see in terms of customisation is the change the sub-headings of the backup menu. But overall, great plugin!
