  1. Be sure to modify the visualy settings in TBOGT/common/data/visualsettings not common/data/visualsettings EFLC doesen't use GTA IV's Visual data, so you have to modify the ones found in your TLaD and your TBoGT folder. By the way, what do you mean when you say "it makes the sirens white"? It will make the lights loose contrast and saturation if the visual settings are at a extremely high number, like 500.
  2. Can you elaborate a bit more? I have no idea what you're talking about...
  3. Okay, thanks. Looks fun, I'm going to look into that. I haven't bought a new game for a long time, not since November.
  4. That's funny. I have never seen that game before, what game is it?
  5. Wow. It's too sexy. I love it, looks very fast.
  6. It will, if you create a new section in your ELS configuration file. [ name of vehicle you're replacing] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = X Color_Light1L = X Color_Light2L = X Color_Light3R = X Color_Light4R = X Color_Light7L = X Color_Light8C = X Color_Light9R = X Offst_SLights = 0 Put the the following codes you want for the light reflections: // Red = 0 // Blue = 1 // White =2 // Amber = 3 // Green = 4 For Offst_SLights, you only have to put a number if you want the reflections more to the rear. This is only needed for larger vehicles, so just keep the 0. The higher the number, the reflections will be more towards the rear. Hope that helped.
  7. Looks great! And I love the steady burns!Edit: Just one issue:the handling that came with this isn't very realistic. I Wish my Tahoe accelerated that fast, or even goes that fast. Otherwise, this is great!
  8. Um, the one that says Vehicle Density...
  9. http://www.gamespot.com/news/mafia-iii-enters-full-production-report-63 Read the top. If you don't want to click on the link, here is what it says "[uPDATE] 2K tells GameSpot no plans announced yet for future Mafia game, debunks rumor that 2K Czech is assisting Rockstar with Grand Theft Auto V. "
  10. Okay, I completed it. By the way, I put NAPA (National Automotive Parts Association) for the place I would expect to buy it. It's only in the U.S.
  11. +1 Great Job, couldn't have explained it better.
  12. Or you could do ALT +F12, and click on Force on Duty. Then you can play the mod without character and vehicle selection.
  13. From the looks of it, you have a weak PC. I would also never use a Dell computer for Gaming. Dell makes great computers for companys that are looking for a low price, but when it comes to gaming; stay away. How to fix it: Get a better graphics card, or a new PC. Do you even have a graphics card?
  14. The NYPD ones are the Federal Signal Vision, Federal Signal Vision SLR, and the RMP's use the Visions with Risers. No idea about the other ones.
  15. I feel you. I have played GTA IV too much also, so much to the point where I can remember the whole city layout in my head. Yeah, but GTA V is around the corner. Then we can get sick of that, and wait for GTA VI. That's the cycle of video gaming.
  16. Just to let you know, you posted ALT B twice under -Backup-. Great job by the way, and some of those keys I never even knew of.
  17. Try upgrading your EFLC to 1.0.2. I never got LCPDFR working properly on Patch 1 for EFLC.
  18. If you have the Simple Native Trainer, you can change their walk style. The only problem is that you would have to keep setting it every time you start the game.
  19. I used ENB 0.777 for GTA IV, and I did disable AA. Nothing changed, and I still had Police Computer issues. So I would guess that it only works for some ENB's. I was using 0.777, and it's the most simple ENB. So AA may not be the problem, but possibly something eles. Shaders maybe?
  20. Before you continue to get help from others, just keep in mind that you will not be able to play LCPDFR easily. You can use it, but with many issues. For example, not being able to access the LCPDFR Police computer or LCPDFR testing menu. Along with many other bugs a few other users have had, including myself.
  21. Then are you using the Social Club Laucher? If not, then the game will think you have a pirated copy.
  22. That means you have a pirated game. You have to buy the game if you don't want that to happen. Those effects are to make the game "unplayable" for people who did not buy it.
  23. You need a more powerful PC. Looks like you have to upgrade it or buy a new one. Post your specs?
  24. Dash Cam (Non modded engine view) yes. Not the modded one.
