  1. Draw distance. Only certain parts of the map are loaded at a time. Even in GTA IV, when you're in Alderney, Broker is just a blury, non solid, distant view. No cars or people are spawned there, and detail/solidness will not be loaded until you get in Algonquin. This will be the case with GTA V. Also, remember they said "It is a very big map".
  2. Disable ELS for A.I. Go to your ELS config file, and look for the top section area. I can't post it now, as I'm not on my gaming computer. But change the 1 to a 0 value. Also, ensure Clip Capture is OFF. That should solve your issues, as I had the same problem.
  3. You can buy four GTA IV's for that price, and have it in game. Is there any possible way to report it? Guys, I just found a 1997 NYPD Crown Victoria on that site! But it's only around 5000 Polys... That would be nice to have in GTA IV... (sarcasm, even R*'s vehicles have more than that!) Here is the link: http://www.the3dstud..._product=593648
  4. Original Light posted a gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  5. You should try dsound, and what's even better about it is that you can play online. Wait, what ASI reader are you using?
  6. Someone will have to purchase a 3D model, or make it from scratch (which would be very hard). Here is one: http://www.the3dstudio.com/product_details.aspx?id_product=177094
  7. Original Light commented on Dandado's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  8. It doesen't take hours to download, you could do it right now. You could probably do it all in 5 minutes.
  9. Okay guys, this is starting to get more credible. Read the second post of the leak topic...
  10. So first, run the installer. It will also install a few files (ASI Reader for example) that works for mods all over. An ASI reader lets you run the game with mods. First try the installer, and it will tell you what you need first. There are stickies in the Support section where you can find the links for what you need. I hope I made that clear, I don't think I did though. Some other people here may be able to elaborate on what I just said.
  11. With new ones. Every vehicle will also have different year variants of it, according to this guy. Overall, I think this may be real. I'm also one of those people that don't really trust leaks, but the background of this guy seems to be more realistic and somewhat more possible than other "leaks".
  12. If that is the case, what if some is borderline real?
  13. Well, I know what you're all thinking. Just another troll. But maybe not this time. At GTA Forums, a user posted a topic. Right now, currently over 100 users are reading it. It hasn't been locked by staff, and is possibly true. You have to read it for yourself: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=505976 One thing I found interesting is this: "Here is a departments i can promise you. as a fan myself, we all will be pleased with. First off, every vehicle in GTA IV and The Episodes of Liberty City will be returning. What makes it all that so sweet is every vehicle will include their 1984, 1986, 1992, 1998, 2001, 2008, and 2012 renditions." If that's true, then you know what that means for Police vehicles. I thought we could possibly discuss it here too, if that's okay with the Staff. This is also about what it could mean for the Police vehicles... and for the modding community. So what do you guys think?
  14. It does look better now. Is the Taurus (Police version) faster than the Crown Victoria? (I'm guessing it is, since it's kind of outdated). I haven't had the time to look at the specs yet, or have seen any videos of it yet. I'm still geting over the Crown Victoria discontinuation. I can't even watch a Ford commercial without geting in a bad mood! Damn you Ford!
