  1. This may not answer your question, but I know a simple way to add 10 more fps. Turn Clip Capture off. This should make up for the fps loss. Other than that, when you say your loosing 10-15 fps, how many fps are you geting in total? 20? 30? 40?
  2. First person mod. Nothing happened when I hit "V" in game. So my best guess would be that they don't work with EFLC, or we're using the wrong patch, but I always thought it was Patch 2 for most mods.
  3. It all depends on your price range, and what kind of performance you're aiming for. So first state the price range and how high you want your settings to be. Also, what are your other specs?
  4. I'm going to download it myself, and I'll tell you if it works for me. Edit: It's not working for me neither, so it may not work with EFLC. I'm using Patch 2 for EFLC by the way.
  5. Did you do everything the readme file said? Did it say that it works wih EFLC?
  6. You can't, sadly. Well, not that I know of... Possibly in future versions, which I don't think is going to happen, due to the creater no longer having time.
  7. You're welcome, but what are you planning to do?
  8. LCPDFR files are located in you GTAIV installation directoty/scripts. In the "scripts" folder, you will find: *LCPDFR *Audio >> (Lots of Audio files) *FirstResponse > *GUID *FirstResponse.net.dll *InstalledVersion The LCPDFR taser is named amb_nailgun.wdr amb_nailgun.wtd and should be found in your main GTA IV Folder.
  9. You want to uninstall LCPDFR? Or your other mods? If you want to uninstall LCPDFR, just delete your scripts folder. If you want to reinstall LCPDFR, just run the setup again. It will then overwrite your previous configuration with a fresh install of LCPDFR. For your other mods, I have no idea. You should have backed up your original files. You can keep your car mods, since those cause no harm to LCPDFR. If you have other mods that don't work with LCPDFR (ENB for example), just delete the ENB files.
  10. Go go into your profile, and then click on "Crime Statistics". Does it say "Connected" in green?
  11. Yeah, ENB causes that problem. I had the same issue, once I took it out, everything worked fine. It's something to do with the ENB shaders.
  12. That was probably the issue. You have to replace vehicles that are in the same class. So you can't replace a boat with a helicopter, a bike with a car, and usually a SUV with a sedan. Also, when you replace the Stretch, make sure that you create a new line in your ELS configuration file like I showed you.
  13. You're welcome, if you have any more issues, just feel free to ask.
  14. Do you have any other mods installed, like ELS? If you do, disable ELS for AI in the ELS configuration file and see if that helps. Edit: Do you also have all the required programs and files for LCPDFR to run correctly?
  15. Make sure that you're using the left ALT Key, not the right one. After you activate it, just press P again to get rid of the blur.
  16. What vehicle did you replace with the one you downloaded? Did you replace the vehicle that the read me file told you to replace? If you changed the name of the .wtd and the .wft files to fit another vehicle, then it may not work correctly.
  17. You need an ASI Loader. Here is the one I use: http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/tools/9443-gta-iv-asi-loader.html
  18. My old laptop had a Intel GMA X4500MHD (59 MB), and it would only let me run games on low with about 10-20 fps with invisible environments. Most laptops have bad cards, and by looking at the OP's other specs, I would assume he also has a weak card.
  19. Can you send me a link to the mod? If you do, I will be able to tell you if it's ELS enabled.
  20. All PC's have graphics cards, I think? @OP, do you have a Graphics Card? If you can already run GTA IV, then you can run LCPDFR.
  21. If it is an ELS vehicle, but you did not place it in a Police vehicle slot, then you must create a new section in your ELS config file. Here is an example: [ Vehicle Name ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = X Color_Light2L = X Color_Light3R = X Color_Light4R = X Color_Light7L = X Color_Light8C = X Color_Light9R = X Offst_SLights = X Put the light reflection numbers where the X's are. Here are the keys: // Red = 0 // Blue = 1 // White = 2 // Amber = 3 // Green = 4 Insert the values you wish, and make sure that "Active" is set to 1. Make sure that the vehicle is ELS enabled, or this won't work. You didn't make your post very clear, so I'm not sure if this is what you were asking...
  22. Only if they provided me with a unlocked version of the file, since you can't do much with it locked. I'm not good at uniforms anyways, just a little skill with vehicles.
  23. GPM does have a few, but they are all bad quality. The one that does have good quality (which I should have never deleted) has a broken link.
