Get Spark IV. Open it, click the IV or EFLC icon (depends what game you're replacing it for). Then go to Models>cdimages>vehicles.img Then find police.wft and police.wtd. Click on one, select import, and select the modded file. Do that for both, and click save.

If you have the SNT, you can change you characters walking style. So you could change it to a normal cop run. I do that all the time...

You need Scripthook. Maybe you're confused with xliveless, which it didn't recomend.

So you can't even run the Diagnostics tool? I can't really help you anymore without it... Just a quick question, you did choose to install all the required things that came with the installer? Like Scripthook?

Okay, so go to the download link I gave you above, and run the installer. Let me know how it goes.

Right click on the icon that just says "EFLC" without the "". Go under details, and look for "Product Version".

You don't have two ASI loaders in your game directory at the same time, do you? Like having dsound and xliveless may cause problems. Other than that, sounds like a strange issue...

Run the Diagnostic tool as an Admin, then see if it works... Edit: Beaten to it!

For using the Xbox 360 controller, you have to download a program. I can't find the link at the moment. Try using Google or Bing. For a wireless controller, you need to buy an adapter.

Also guys, make sure your game is using supported patches. I'm not sure if this is the problem though... I use Patch 1.0.7 for GTA IV, and Patch 1.0.2 for EFLC. You have to have Patch 1.0.2 for EFLC, as Patch 1 will not work.

Make sure you have an ASI loder, and Scripthook (both which should have came with the LCPDFR auto installer ).

The water is rising in New York, due to the ice melting. Someday, most parts of New York will be under water; about 500 years. Mostly the lower parts, or edges of it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Also make sure that you're not using a shortcut to launch it. Shortcuts increase the chances of it not working. I have the same problem, and there is no known sloution. I doubt R* is going to fix it, with them being on with MP3, GTA V, and possibly RDR 3.

R* always slack off when it comes to Police vehicles, or even Police missions. I highly doubt it, but it would be nice.

You guys managed to do it for the 98-2011 Vics. It would be hard to get the interior though... Unless there is a way to get some bits from the 98-2011 into it. The older Vics looked smaller though, so it may not fit? Driving that in GTA IV would be nice, possibly even some Police versions to go with it. Doing that would be doing the whole GTA community a favor.

Well if they're using it, it must be one of your 3 tones. Hold G on your keyboard, or Click+Hold your left stick if you're using a 360 controller.

The DLC vehicles should already be in it, but in ELS V6 from what I know. Make sure that they're active. You have to make sure it says Active = 1 When I first downloaded V6, it wasn't enabled on default.
