I know that the golf cart already exists for the game and it works great. I would like to suggest a "beefier" version of this. The utility terrain vehicle or UTV is used by many police and fire departments and I think it's about time they come to Liberty City. I think something like this would be awesome. Would anyone be interested in working on it? I think it would look good with a skin like the one on the new Lifeguard jeep wrangler.

Yes. For me it works when I hold the bat out and press E. It then gives me the option to arrest the person or cite them.
