So: No, an Acer Chromebook will not be able to run Grand Theft Auto IV or any other similiar games.
If you absolutely want to buy a laptop insteand of a computer to play GTA IV, forget the laptops which cost about 200-400$.
Better save your money and buy something which won't disappoint you.
