  1. Sounds great for your first! Nice work.
  2. Don't mean to double post, but will there be a ELS Preview video? There doesn't have to be, its just a question.
  3. Hopefully this can run on my PC!
  4. I'm just saying, do you have permission to advertise the game on this website? On the last topic, it was taken down because of potential legal issues/threats. This post may be taken down by staff, so I believe. Other than that. The game looks good, graphics could be better.
  5. Looks like that was causing it. Usually LCPD:FR crashes.

  8. Need a bit more information. Do you have steam? Did you install LCPD:FR 1.0c or 1.0b then start having this problem or before? Did you edit or install any files or mods recently? Please quote my post so I am notified when you answer these questions to fulfill your quest to playing GTA!
  9. One good thing, you have better PC Specs than me, the other, from the looks of the logs... There is more than one error or problem with the whole mod. I can clearly see in your ScriptHook.log that when ScriptHook starts, lets say, it spills its milk and starts to cry. You can try to Install another ScriptHook. That may work. However, LCPD:FR has many errors also. This could be caused by the ScriptHook file failing, miserably. It has a Invalid Entry Error when it trys to start or read the settings. I think installing the default cars of the Police or installing a whole vehicles.img, downgrading to ELS v7, and Installing a newer or better ScriptHook file. Another thing you could try to do is restore the NSTOCKADE vehicle or PSTOCKADE because that may also be problem quencher. I got that idea while looking at this: [iNFO - 4:18:30 AM] [Log] Started [iNFO - 4:18:30 AM] [Main] Main: Initializing... [iNFO - 4:18:30 AM] [Main] Main: LCPDFR Engine © 2011-2013 LMS [iNFO - 4:18:30 AM] [Main] Main: DO NOT USE THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION. YOU MAY NOT SHARE, MODIFY OR DECOMPILE THIS FILE. Hopefully, a Developer can look over your log files and tell what is really the problem here.
  10. I've seen this with one of my friends. It could be... LCPD:FR is being installed in the wrong folder/directory. I have Steam and I needed to do this as well, instead, install LCPD:FR to the GTAIV folder in the steam directory instead of the custom "Rockstar Games" directory. You could also, if you want, Launch the game from Steam or Create a Shortcut from steam by right clicking Grand Theft Auto IV in the Library section and select: Create Desktop Shortcut. I hope this helped, if not, quote this post!
  11. Hello! I had the same exact problem a while back. I looked at some things and found that you have to manually import the taser yourself, it sounds a bit mindracking, but its very easy! This tutorial should teach you or point you in the right direction. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Hope this helped
  12. The best in my opinion are, Paint.NET (Free Program) GIMP (Free Program) Photoshop CS6 (Purchase Required) I like Paint.NET probably the most, its pretty simple. GIMP is really good also, its not as confusing. Meanwhile Photoshop is not free and may be pretty confusing. Using Paint.NET with a Model Template makes the job even easier. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube you can look up to. I hope this helped! If you ever upload a skin, send me a PM.
  13. Very nice work, Interior is white though. @Sergij provided a answer to it above. 4/5
  14. Goodbye and best of luck. I have to say, I agree with you completely, sorry to see someone who recognizes other fellow users getting bullied out or even worse go. You are one of the few. We are the few. I've seen a spike in bullying, which people call "Constructive" just so they don't get caught. Staff members on the other hand, can't really describe it or put it into words. It isn't as bad with some, others... Disappointing. I have been here for longer than my profile says, 2 and half years or maybe more now (under the radar). Well, I should shut my mouth. Don't wan't to get pushed out by The Community, The MSA Team, or other Staff Member's. Can't even upload any skins, models, or content without getting harassed... Once again. Sad to see someone like this go because of other peoples ignorance. -Officer Andrew (Real Name will not be disclosed)
  15. Do what is said above. EDIT: Nevermind what was said before this edit. I was a bit late to answer.
  16. Not to burst your bubble... That would be a animation, it is not needed because (unless you have the First Person Mod) you will never really see it. Plus, a lot of different car models have their "siren box" located in different places, making it look kinda weird. Since there is no animation, they would have to make it themselves and I think that would be a bit hard or extra work for them to do. I don't know if it is hard, but I think they or you know what i'm trying to say. (No offense intended)
  17. Callouts, ya kinda, I use Callouts+ and Wouters Callouts to add on to it. Active shooters, that already exist in 1.0 I believe.
  18. The officer had no right to shoot him in anyway. He had the right to be suspicious about the guy, but as soon as he goes to get the licence THAT YOU ORDERED for him to get, ya shoot 'em? .... Seems like that the officer was a little trigger happy. The officer may have been in a firefight before this but, just think, you could have tazed him, called for back-up, and then checked the vehicle for any weapons and if he grabbed a gun or had one YOU WOULD SEE IT. The officer could have been charged or prosecuted or whatever for the taze, but at least he wouldn't have killed him and serve many years in prison or whatever he has to do. This is just obscene and unlawful in my view.
