This isn't really the place to post stuff like this, but I guess an exception has been made. Don't let anybody tell you what you can and cant do. If you always care about what they said or say to you. You will cause (what they said to you) to come true. Make your dreams come true kid. Don't let them crush your dreams because of who you are or what you do. Stand up for what you do, flick them off your shoulder and move on up to make that dream come true. I got a little knocked down today myself (except that was a CVPI skin I made.) I got terrible feedback that just made me want to stop what i'm doing and go back to being bored or boring. Do what you think you were born to do, don't let them dictate to you. Like me, im moving on from the situation, but i'm still doing it. Use their negativity as motivation, do what they can't do, it may sound a little "old fasion", but it works. I suggest you do the same. Hope I was a help.

I think he means textures? (if so) Textures comes to mind if you want to make uniforms, but keep the normal models (as in the different faces and features). To do this, you can use Photoshop CS6, Gimp, or Paint.NET or any other one. If you want to make different characters/models, I believe you can use Zmodeler and Photoshop. I recommend that you look this up on YouTube, Google, or Bing. You an also use OpenIV to extract the textures and edit them with the programs described earlier.

If I was online at the time of that event, I would tell you to do three things. You may want to do this if it happens again or even closer to your home. Do not go outside To avoid stray bullets, stay in a room facing away from the area under fire and avoid windows. Turn on a police scanner (you can use apps like: 5-0 Radio, PoliceScanner+, and more for Apple, Android, and Windows phones.) I think it may hit the news. It will take time.

From my knowledge, no, this problem is from the plugins and not from the game you can fix. If this is interrupting you extremely, you may want to consider uninstalling the plugins for now.

Try uninstalling LCPDFR 1.0c then re-install it. If it still doesn't work, re-download LCPDFR 1.0c as it may be something wrong with the download.

Hey, coolsurya20 This problem can be caused by; Not Un-Installing LCPDFR 1.0b or past versions before replacing it with 1.0c Minor bug Have you uninstalled the older version (if you had one) before you installed 1.0c? Try to check your GTA IV directory for any LCPDFR versions. If you found a older version(s), uninstall it. If you cant figure out which one to install. Your going to have to do both. If you cant find any other version, uninstall the current 1.0c and re install it. Hope this helped!

It looks like just a minor glitch to me about :LCPDFR, sometimes it will have a error, the race and barrier problem is probably a bug caused by the plugin callouts+ or Wouters Callouts. Try to contact and alert the creators of Callouts+ and or Wouters Callouts if you think this problem is new or has a major conflict with the game overall.

After I noticed the "My Crimes Stats" module is back online. I decided to uninstall LCPDFR (probably not the best thing to do) and re-installed LCPDFR 1.0c. While in the Config, I tried to link my account in the Account Settings tab. I tried many times, but this error message was still appearing. Be advised, I did search this problem up on the forms using different terms or word combinations, there was one result, but it was unanswered and was over 30 days old. Here is the error message. How can I link my account? or How can I fix this?

I strongly agree with Jay. The release of GTA V PC will be nice, but think about the users who pirate games for free. Look at people who constantly surf the web to get a game for free. This will cost Rockstar a lot of money in the end. The users will be happy, but Rockstar... a bit "unfair" don't you think? The game's status of being finished is probably true, but we don't know that is true, it could be random guy that does "who knows what" impersonating a Rockstar Developer or he's just making a bluff for attention. We don't know. I don't know. I personally would not blame them for not releasing the PC copy. Although it would be nice, and could lead the Community and Developers to a new direction. Especially LCPDFR, (or LSPDFR) but then again. We (and I) dont know that. We will have to wait and see. Patience is key and is the only "real" answer in this situation.
