Mods like PoliceHelper don't work well with LCPDFR 1.0. For the ambulances, there's not much you can do.

The "green backup" is most likely another mod.

I think that the ability to perform CPR on peds should be brought back. It's kind of annoying to call the paramedics and have them destroy everything in their path just to revive your partner or another injured person.

What other mods are you using?
