Hello everyone!

 

Today i decided to reinstall LCPDFR, it was a great mod,and when i played it last time it worked without any problems.

Today though, i noticed a few problems. I will be posting the problems i've had this far below, aswell as the solutions i've tried out, just to make everything easier and more organized. So lets get started..

 

The problems i've had, is .. :

 

-Taser not working, i cant draw it, use it, and whatnot

-Certain ALT-Commands arent working, while others are. For example, ALT+P to start the LCPDFR mod works, but then something like ALT+K to advise people of danger, isnt working. Nothing happends, simply.

 

EDIT: I also noticed that the map zooms out, and a square in the middle of the screen, being white, sometimes turning red appears.

 

 

Things i've tried, hoping to solve it but gained or losed nothing, is.. :

 

-Reinstalled LCPDFR

-Testing manual and automated install

-Manually installing the taser mod

-Runned GTAIV as Admin (Well, i have to do this every time for it to not crash of some reason)

 

 

Mods i've installed, apart from LCPDFR :

 

-icEnchancer

-ELC

-Freecam, or whatever its called.

 

 

Hoping for a answer, a great and fantastic mod, but without some things it just isnt all.

EDIT: While ALT+K is not working, taser is now working. Just had to delete AdvancedHookInit.asi

ALT+K is not a command.

Indeed, ALT-K used to be the Evacuate Area keybind, but now you have to hold down caps lock and use the mouse to select Evacuate Area.

The square dot is part of the mod. When you aim at something that can be done, it will turn red. For example, holding ALT and aiming the square at a dead suspect, then pressing E will report the suspect as down. I'm guessing the map zooms out when you press T? I believe T is the default key for the map zooming out and more HUD being displayed in GTA IV.

Because you manually installed the taser, AdvancedHookInit.asi isn't necessary.
