5:00 AM, Philadelphia, 1992. The Crack Epidemic is hitting hard and it's time to clean Philly. The Philadelphia Police department helped by SWAT units assaulted an apartment. Numerous suspects were arrested, facing charges of possession and sale of illegal substances, illegal firearm possesion and prostitution. -

Imma tell you a story. There was a little kid called Niko, he began being visited by taxis while he was alone in his house at night. Nobody believed him, he was considered crazy and suffered continuous mocks. Now he has grown up, and hates taxis and yellow cars... yep, looks like a police car but it's actually installed in the taxi 1 slot. -
That means the end of the days. Like it's obvious, the GM truck and its driver are the only survivors. -

The EFLC FIB (CIA 2) jacket? I wanted to do a new ped model, which would had these pants (m81 woodland camo) with the boots, the jacket I've mentioned (blue/black) and a cap, but I don't have idea of how to mix peds so there you have the idea. I think it would look like one of these rural small police department swat officers or a 90s government enforcement agency officer. -
It kinda reminds me to that episode of The Simpsons where Homer started tripping after eating a chili lol -
