Winslow, Arizona 6/3/1994. This afternoon, the Winslow Police Department responded to a domestic dispute in the house of the Johnsons', who had recently moved from Los Angeles. A Navajo Nation Police unit, which coincidentally was in the area, was additionaly sent to the scene. The intervention resulted in the arrest of D.Robinson who had hit her husband, C.Johnson with a furniture, but was later released. In addition, a WPD patrol car was disposed all the night next to the house in order to deal with possible new incidents. The neighbours have expressed their surprise after the incidents, they all coincide that the Johnson were a very kind and peaceful family. -
There isn't any 1996 Caprice made for GTA, dude. If you're looking for the one in the picture is a 1991, but I don't think there's neither any unlocked, I'm not completely sure.

Made one of these with the 6 color desert camo and m81 woodland a lot of time ago for the default cops. Yours looks pretty good!

Already done that before; the jacket looked more shinny and with a more accentuated green. It wasn’t very noticeable in the screenshots though. -

They are definitely good ideas. You know when hit a gang member or mobster in GTA IV and they start threatening you until they hit you back and start fighting? Maybe the scripts that are behind that could be used...
