That picture reminds me The Sopranos intro beginning. -
The other day I watched a movie called "Things to do in Denver when you're dead" (1995); in one of the scenes two of the main characters (criminals) impersonating Denver police officers pull over a van, with the resultant violence. The cop car didn't have the same paintjob than the real one but still had logo and the Denver PD was mentioned. And even so the movie and the scene were released.

An unconscious man has been found in an alley, with stab wounds. The victim, A. Sanchez, of 42 years old, is a Vietnam war veteran who lives in the streets. He's has lost a considerable amount of blood but he still has pulse. A DC Fire Department Ambulance is requested to the scene. Meanwhile, the DC Metropolitan Police officers question Travis Hickey, who claim to have seen the attacker. A search warrant would be ordered. Just another night in the cold and dangerous streets of DC. -

Just wondering, why don't you just release the template in the normal version (not just in developers one)? There are people willing to make textures that won't be able to do them just because of it... Also, please, can you make the civil version support custom license plates? (the ones in the template).
