Usually there is a /scripts/ folder in your root where all scripts the SHDN should load are located. Maybe it also checks /plugins/ not sure, but it could be something else. Under /lcpdfr/plugins all plugins for LCPDFR, most likely callouts are located. These will probably not work or be limited in functionality when loaded from the SHDN directory.

When it crashes while restoring, the Error Reporter should tell you about it and ask you whether you'd like to cancel the recovery process. Assuming you got the last Error Reporter version in your LCPDFR folder (08 Jan 2015). Does this happen for you?   Also you can simply delete oldsession.fr from your game root folder to disable restoring.

As ineseri pointed out correctly, you can use the in-game console to load a save. Simply type "RestoreSession". It's best when you do that while off duty.

It's difficult. On the one hand, you have all your friends right there in your room, on the other hand no one is really there. To me, at least the instant-messaging parts are very useful, but - as you mentioned - it can be hard to catch emotions. I think it requires you to get to know your friend or whoever you're talking to in another way, so you are able to understand how and what she/he means in chat. At least that's the case for me, since after some time I can interpret their writing style pretty good. Then it can be close to a real talk, which in some cases could never happen otherwise due to distances for instance.

Please use a spoiler tag next time. ELS and the trainer load fine according to the log, so it should work just fine in-game.

According to the logs everything loads just fine. Can you post the ScriptHook.log though?

You are supposed to download the manual installer and copy the AdvancedHook.dll into your game folder.

Well it probably complains because the logs don't show a properly initialized session - which is supposed to happen when it doesn't even start. Have you tried deleting AdvancedHookInit.asi?

Yes, you have to. Also, are you playing GTA IV or EFLC?

Yes, 1.0d does support this. Though I have only tested it on EFLC and I have no idea if it works on GTA IV as well, hence it didn't get highlighted in the change log. At least on EFLC it should work properly and you should see window borders and should be able to ALT+TAB without issues then.

Good to hear you narrowed it down! About MP working, my best bet would be, the vehicle spawn function is SP-only and MP handles spawning differently, hence the function never gets called. I'm just guessing here though.

When you installed ELS, you replaced the current AdvancedHook.dll with the old ELS version. Download the LCPDFR manual installation and copy the AdvancedHook.dll into your game folder.

Do you have a speaker connected to your motherboard? If not, do so as the beeping might reveal the issue. Also verify that all fans are spinning when you start.

The log file lists no issues. Do you press ALT+P?

Does it crash when LCPDFR tries to restore the session?

Please delete your LCPDFR.log (it's 100MB) and try to reproduce issues in-game. If it crashes again, please attach the new log here.

Your new log file looks fine. You can delete LCPDFR.log to start with a new and clean one, but your setup looks fine now.

What's your problem then? Does it crash?
