  1. I don't think it's the vehicle itself, just the ini setting seems to be misinterpreted and resulting in no valid vehicle assigned. Can you post the exact line please? Also it should work again if you add more vehicles back to the setting.
  2. Error hash: 667DD93B5F9A5D7CB58B8573267763A250D4BC2B (to make search engine find this)
  3. Thanks for reporting, I guess I fixed it.
  4. Did LCPDFR correctly recognize your multiplayer session (the MP helpbox appeared)? It tries to get control over network entities so it can modify their behavior, but when this fails and another player still controls them (rather their PC), this behavior can occur.
  5. Does this happen when LCPDFR tries to restore your game? If so delete the savegames from LCPDFR in your game folder (oldsession.fr and Savegame.fr).
  6. Nice find. Seems like the partner instance didn't delete itself properly when your partner died. Shouldn't happen again in the next release. Thanks!
  7. The LCPDFR savegame is in no way related to the original GTA IV savegame. If the Error Reporter opens, your game has crashed and it will then attempt to get your last LCPDFR session running. This is not connected to your GTA IV savegame and deleting those won't help. If the Error Reporter can't find a savegame, that's nothing to worry about. LCPDFR then just hasn't saved itself.
  8. I hope to move on to V, yes. It largely depends on their level of software protection though, so we can to see what's possible at first.
  9. Hello, with 1.0d we decided to change the release cycle for LCPDFR a little. Since V is approaching, there won't be any new "bigger" releases anytime soon, such as 1.1. Instead, I plan to frequently patch the existing 1.0d installer to address issues reported and add one or two very small things (one being a better description for the QAM menu once you bring it up for the first time) to improve your experience. This saves us from all the hassle that comes with shipping an entirely new release and allows us to roll out small patches faster. My goal is simply that I want 1.0d to be as stable as possible once V is out, because we won't have any time for GTA IV then. I hope you understand the change and can live without properly named releases, release threads and guides in exchange for quick response time. I will update this thread every time I roll out a new release and also drop a brief change log though. The first patch should go live soon. Since V will be most likely 64-bit (exclusive?), we at LCPDFR also have to make changes to our existing reverse engineering toolchain to adapt to the new architecture. Software in this business, normally bought by large enterprises and three letter agencies, is expensive and can easily hit 3k USD per license. Now this is a lot of money for us, so in case you haven't preordered V yet, we'd appreciate if you do so using our Amazon ref-links provided below. Using the link for your next usual shopping there counts as well, just in case you wish to support us even more. It's doesn't cost you anything, but we'd really appreciate it. Amazon US Amazon UK Amazon DE Hoping the next announcement will be about San Andreas, LMS 1.0d #2 Short description of what has been changed: Improved QAM for partners a little by adding help boxes and a text telling you when your partner is too far away for an action (when aiming at someone) Fixed bugs with partner arresting and holding at gunpoint Fixed a few crashes thanks to your reports Improved performance a little The multiply key can now be used to (un)mute your siren Fixed issues with NOOSE vehicles set as suspect transporter models in settings Several small fixes Diagnostics Tool now shows status of link (if present) Error Reporter will show a help button now when no savegame has been found to address confusion Attempt to detect previous crash during restore which will bring up an option to cancel restoring (Error Reporter)
  10. Okay I will see if I can fix this.
  11. Most likely caused by a broken Callouts plugin. Do you have any installed?
  12. Thanks, issue has been noted. I've investigated your issue a little, is there any chance you were going off duty the moment it crashed?
  13. I've also preordered but will probably go to the stores one day before and check if they already sell it as well (they did for GTA SA back then). Also for those of you thinking about getting the game on Amazon, we have set up ref-links for US, UK and Germany, so if you would like to support us, you can order it at no additional cost using our links (of course, anything else bought on Amazon originating from this link session counts in as well).
  14. Lad dir den manual installer und kopier die AdvancedHook.dll daraus in dein Spielordner (überschreiben).
  15. It's not LCPDFR causing this issue, game dies by itself. Edit: Good to hear!
  16. I think I found the cause for this issue (a few other people reported it as well), but it's a really tricky one. Anyway, hoping to have this resolved with the next release!
  17. Somewhere close to what Figgis302 explained, though I can add a check in the code so it won't crash LCPDFR the next time at this particular point. Thanks for reporting.
  18. You got it wrong, "Savegame not found" refers to the actual LCPDFR savegame, not the game savegame file. The LCPDFR savegame is created every 30 seconds by LCPDFR to save player's model, skin, vehicle etc. to restore it in case of a crash. This feature was introduced in 1.0d. When your game crashes during load without a LCPDFR savegame, then LCPDFR is not responsible.
  19. Alright thank you, I hope to get this fixed soon.
  20. It doesn't matter as you can run the modification anyway (as the log shows it loads just fine).
  21. Please use the search function next time, issue has been addressed already here and in a few other threads: https://www.lcpdfr.c...lcpdfr-and-els/
  22. I'm sorry to hear that, but it's nothing we can do for you. It crashes at a point in the game code that is known to crash and that is related to vehicle models, but you can't fix it.
  23. Full log please.
  24. It should not, but you have to try.
