Yes you did, it counts as a vehicle too. If you spawn a random vehicle using the Simple Trainer, it might happen that you end up with a cable car on the road you can't get rid of. :D

I'd like that too. Remember the arresting animation from 0.2 where the suspect was kneeling and you quickly cuff him? Maybe this could be used as some kind of aggressive unarmed arrest (unless it won't get smoother as it was back then, because unsmooth animations wouldn't really fit to 0.3's really smooth ones).

Oh Gott, das ist zu lange her. Normalerweise solltest du erst J 2 oder 3 mal drücken, damit die Lichter an sind und danach sollte die Sirene mit G angehen. Wie du das Problem, dass die Tasten nicht funktionieren, lösen kannst, kann ich dir nicht sagen, ich habe GTA4 nicht mehr installiert und ich weiß auch nicht mehr wie was warum etc.

Anscheinend verträgt er sich nicht mit der Version der .Net Framework die du hast: [System dependencies] The .NET Framework is installed in an unknown version (> 4.5.1) Falls es geht, kannst du die 4.5(.1) noch installieren? Bzw. wenn der Mod läuft dann sollte es in Ordnung sein.

Und die anderen Vorschläge? Du solltest auch https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=30653 installiert haben. Wenn garnichts hilft kannst du dir das "All in One Runtimes" Paket von einer Seite deiner Wahl herunterladen. Beim Installieren wählst du dann die C++ Redistributables (x86 und x64 soweit ich weiß) 2010 und 2012 aus und installierst diese. Hat bei mir super geklappt.

Laut Screenshot und Log fehlt immer noch die MSVCP110.dll und MSVCR110.dll. Eigentlich sollten sie mit dem Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 installiert werden. Ich weiß nicht ob das einen Unterschied macht, aber hast du den PC nach der Installation schon mal neugestartet? Ich weiß nicht mehr ganz genau wie das war, aber ich meine man musste beide Versionen von allem (64 and 32 bit) installieren. Bei mir hat es geholfen. Zur Not einfach noch mal neu installieren. Wie gesagt, in dem Fall kann sie einfach nicht geladen werden weil die oben genannten Dateien fehlen.

Entweder fehlt dir die AdvancedHook.dll (sie sollte eigentlich mit LCPDFR zusammen verpackt sein), oder sie konnte nicht geladen werden, weil folgendes fehlt: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555 oder http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30679 (ich weiß nicht genau welches, aber probier beide zu installieren, dann bist du auf der sicheren Seite.)

Es gibt Flares im Spiel. Die bekommt man indem man im Online Modus Merryweather anruft und einen Luftschlag bestellt. Diese Flare muss man dann auf den Boden werfen. Im Waffenmenü vom Simple Native Trainer sollte die Flare auch irgendwo sein.

Ich glaube GTA5 fordert nicht das gleiche wie RPH. Probiere mal, alles von der Liste zu installieren. Das, was du schon hast wird dir angezeigt. Die Dinge, die dir fehlen, werden wie gewohnt installiert.
