I recently bought gta 4 off of steam, I had windows 10 but after having issues I went back to 8.1. I installed the game, Ithe comes up with xlive.dll missing in the read me it says not to use dsound and xlive together. I installed xlive.dll and the game starts right up but when I hit alt+P nothing happens, any help would be great, thanks everyone!

    Reinstall LCPDFR with the Manual Installation.

    So I tried that and it won't start up, I'll look into it more tomorrow but am confused on how it worked on 10 for a short time now not at all
