Seriously, that's all you need to install LSPDFR and its prerequisites. You should make some research before posting yet again another thread about the same topic like the 854623 other people who can't use Google.

    well actually i done everything then when i load the game up it doesn't do anything  i been using youtube the lot but the game im using is gta iv episodes from liberty city

    i done that but when i load up the game and press alt p it doesn't say it in the left hand corner of the screen or anything

    Hi, I was having the same problem as you. The way I did it was to use the manual 1.1 install using 7 zip (winrar is fine). Just drag all the files into your gta directory. For steam version it will be program files X 86 - Steam - Steamapps - gta eflc - and then same again (gta eflc). If you have a a store bought version, it's under program files X 86 - rockstar games - gta eflc. Try that if all else fails and reply back if it doesn't work
