I'm not sure, but you need either both x86 and x64 or only x64 of .Net Framework. Have you tried x64?

Because this "issue" you mentioned (cars and people with guns spawning when pressing PageUp) is known to be caused by SimpleTrainerV. I believe there were issues with 0.30 that crashed the retail (RGSC) version of the game. There were also issues in 0.31 that made LSPDFR crash I think. I thought these issues should be fixed in 0.32.

SimpleTrainerV does this. Open it up (F3) and somewhere in the Options (I believe page 2) should be something saying "Key shortcuts" or "Enable/Disable keys" or something like this. Disable it. If I understood this correctly, you are saying that the AI runs you over when you are in front of an AI car? That is not LSPDFR's fault. It's Rockstar's fault, they have fucked some shit up with the AI.

Du musst erst LSPDFR und danach RagePluginHook 0.29 installieren.

Probiere mal (falls du das nicht schon tust) die RagePluginHook.exe als Administrator zu starten. Benenne auch deinen "gta 5" Ordner um in "Grand Theft Auto V". Ich erinnere mich, dass ein geänderter Ordnername Probleme verursacht hat, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das schon behoben wurde.
