Not sure whats up. It's not his pack, it's more so of something is conflicting with his pack. Sucks but, re-install the game, then leave EVERYCAR vanilla. I had to do this and slowly install his cars, then I could put the rest of my cars back in.

I had this problem, and it was when Open IV decided to wreck everyones game, and after they did their 5 or 6 patches, I was able to use the pack. I don't use sparkIV anymore. Just OpenIV.

My cars change a lot, but I love Reibu's skin pack (it's not for download anymore). I always come back to that. If not those, I go for a version of the "Code Zero" skin pack that is very similar to the one Bay Area Bugs uses in his videos. If I'm not digging a texture, I'll try and make my own.

For sure, I wasn't really saying that they should really implement this, maybe do this for the moderators if they haven't already. But They should leave the profiles of members who do that, and remove the ones who just have "crappy mod people" or "people who piss me off" lists.

I'm actually down for something like this. I'm tired of people who actually steal, rip and whatnot with peoples parts, cars, and other mods. Myself, and a couple others that I know, had the "be careful of" lists. It was meant for people to know "hey, these people aren't very trustworthy" and to let them know. Some people who are starting out don't know the names of these members on the website, and they might get tangled with someone wrong and then they get in trouble and they didn't even know why. That's my two cents. I'm not for "this guys a jackass" or "this guy makes shitty mods", I'm all about keeping the members of this site informed.

I'm almost positive that the lights stop because you "turn the car off" even though the car lights are still on. Try leaving your car running. I rarely have issues anymore with it stopping. Also, DROT only works in Police, Police2, Police3, Ambulance and Firetruck slots. Any car that has actual rotating lights (default vehicle wise)

I wouldn't really say the guy is at fault, I mean, he did what the officer asked, the cop just got scared and shot him. The guy didn't really rush for it, it was at the same speed that anyone else would've. The cop just overreacted. That being said, it's hard to say what goes through an officers mind, especially with things like those 2 PA troopers getting killed and they always teach you that traffic stops are insanely dangerous. I'm usually with the side of the cop, but this case I'm not. Overreaction on the officers part.

DROT is the rotating function that is a feature of ELSv8. It simulates rotating halogen lights. I'm all for DROT anything, so the SAHP one gets my vote. You can always change textures later.

Bad call I'd say. He could've said it's in my car, then reached for it, but most people wouldn't think to do that. I feel bad for both parties.
