I like the skin a ton! It's a great skin design. -
I thought a skybolt has to have the little "lollipop" lights next to the beacons, and a Twinbeacon Ray is similar, just without the extra stuff on it. I mean, besides the fact that it's from a different company. -
Lundy doesn't like firm releases. Things are done when he feels like they're done. But it will be released. Anyway, daymn. That Twinbeacon doe. Nothin' is sexier than a a rotator 'bar on an ole Mopar.

The car. The color almost looks black in most lights. I made a Liberty themed PPB pack awhile ago, and I think that me or Blackjesus (who did a model pack for IV) have the most accurate color.

Might I suggest using a darker blue. Your color seems a bit too purple. PPB uses a dull dark blue color for their vehicles.

It looks awesome! Great potential. The only nit-picky thing is that I don't want a "street racing" callout. There are already a lot of those. What if it was something like somebody doing donuts/burnouts in a parking lot? Or something juvenile like that.
