I took another look at your logs and between the mass of 404 errors, I found some interesting things. "Error: Helicopter non existant - possible corruption of memory" "Warning: Gunners not created - possible corruption of memory." "Error: Pilot non existant - possible corruption of memory." "Error in mission set-up. Mission: Robbery. Reason: vehicle1 didn't exist." I have never seen these kinds of error messages before. However, error 4 that you listed above is not an error, only arrest one suspect at a time (or press F11 to leave a suspect and move on to another; then re-arrest). Try to reinstall the mod and make sure you select only one asi loader (dsound or xlive, not both) and also re-install the scripthooks too. One of those files may be corrupted. If none of that fixes it, check your memory. You can run a memtest to see if anything is corrupted (it almost sounds like it). EDIT: Is your game cracked?

It apparently sends him back to GPM and I guess he's having trouble with GPM at the moment. As for finding the actual car, it may not even be out there. The chances of finding that specific car with that rambar is remote. I can try to look for it but it is nowhere near as easy as finding a car that you know exists.

You sure you have the most up-to-date version of .NET framework? This is what you need.

There are no partner commands in .95RC1. As for the link to the commands, the Hub is currently down so you will have to refer to the commands in the downloads section (as referred to by HolyOrangeJuice).

We already found this bug and have reported it.

This is a bug and we have already discovered it while testing quite a while ago, a little bit after RC1 came out publicly.

Please install winRAR and post the diagnostic log, we really need to see it before we can help. lcpdfr.log will help as well but not as much as the diagnostic log.

Knowing Sam, most likely not. Sam, like many of us, seems to avoid ELS vehicles. With good reason. None of the cars he's released have been ELS. I'm not trying to speak for him, but that's what I have noticed over time. I wouldn't expect an ELS vehicle. Of course, it's entirely up to Sam and what he decides to do.

The second option Tom listed I have only seen happen with an SMPA60 error involved. It's possible than when you tried to install your car, you did something wrong that corrupted the .img file. before deleting your savegame, I would restore a backup of vehicles.img (you backed up, didn't you?) and see if that works, or, use Steam to download altered files if you have GTA through steam. To do this, go to Steam, right click on GTA, hit properties, go under local files and hit verify game cache. I would highly recommend trying those BEFORE deleting your savegame.

Dsound.dll and xlive.dll are both asi loaders.

I assume you mean how logs say "Direct3D device lost / created." This happens when alt+tabbing out of GTA and then back in, or whenever your GPU stops performing calculations for GTA. No idea what you mean in the rest of your post, though.

If you're worried about crashing, wait for his non-els version. Non-els cars have never given me trouble.

That's the problem. Liberty City is a fast moving city. By 'just sitting there' they are interfering with the essence of Liberty City and, as a result of this, may also disrupt the space-time vortex.
