​I wouldn't necessarily say that Swedish police are better trained than NYPD. For one thing New York City is exactly that, a city. Sweden is an entire country. Comparing a country to a city isn't a reasonable comparison in my opinion. Even comparing a country to a country isn't very reasonable, because there are so many variations and differences from one country to the next. Each country has different levels of crime at different rates. Each country has different law enforcement agencies and policies associated with these agencies. To me, it's like comparing a horse to a zebra.

I'm not sure, but there is a mod that causes the fire department to spawn immediately when a fire is created. They proceed to put out the fires, sweep the area, and take pictures.

We need more information on your issue. Can you specifically describe the issues you're having? When are are you having these issues? What mods do you have installed? Do you have a legal copy of the game? Are you using the latest version of GTA AND LCPDFR? How many people are you playing with? Do you have the same mods installed as them? How often does the other guy crash? We need more information before we can assist you. Feel free to use my small rubric to expand your troubleshooting process.

Sir, do you think, based on what information we currently have, that an LSPDFR would be possible for a private GTA Online session? I read up on the forum about how the files are apparently in a format that makes things difficult, and it could take some time to begin developing a base mod or something. I also read your forum post that you created. When it comes to stuff like this, I have a better chance at becoming the next Queen of England than fully understanding, LOL.

That game made me puke it was so bad. I'm serious, I actually felt nauseas after being excited for so long. It was sickening to my stomach, and I actually did puke. A waste of money is what that is. I I just hope EA doesn't implement their beloved "pay to win" type of atmosphere. I can already see that those who pre order the game receive some special in game items. I also feel like they're going to add in game credits or currency, where you can purchase credits in exchange for special stormtrooper armor or something. I can also see them requiring payment in order to pilot certain vehicles. EA is famous for doing things like this, they killed SWTOR with this.

Not trying to be funny here, but the reason that you're getting 60 FPS might be because nothing is loading, lol. As AlconH said, how was the game without mods? When did these issues begin to occur?

As long as the mod creators are able to access the files, a K-9 script shouldn't be too challenging to make. You already have animals, basic attack and regroup commands, and a ball to tell the animal where to go.
