  1. But this actually has in-game footage, not just some random models rendered in 3d software. Will it live up to hype ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. At least this looks like it will release before the year 252525.

  4. They've got a Patreon and Alipay link on the top right of the site https://rpcs3.net/.
  5. Well we already have the nothing thanks to R*. We just gotta wait for the 60 fps. They won't be working on the emulator specifically for any part of RDR. So it may be back and forward with any progress made.
  6. Well, PCSX2 has got 95% of games playable in it's 15 years of development. So I don't see why RPCS3 wouldn't be able to eventually get there too. RPCS3 is only 5 years old, but has made quite a large amount of progress in the last year or so. The progress on RDR in the last month is also pretty huge. It's a painful waiting game, but maybe we will be able to play it without any issues before the end of the year. It's 3-15 fps is probably better than that PlayStation Now rubbish anyway.

  8. The RPCS3 project—a PS3 emulator for PC—has finally got Red Dead Redemption to a “playable” state. Previously it would only load the main menu and a bit of the background scene before throwing errors. Now it can run the game at 3–15 fps. It’s still far from great, but it’s a massive leap forward in just one month! And it’s a hell of a lot more than we're going to get from Rockstar.

  12. These sales just don't feel the same any more. Maybe it's because I bought most of the older games, or because of the demise of flash sales, or the companies that mark their prices up on sale day to trick people. They just feel like regular midweek and weekend 33-50% mehness. But with a few hours of total server collapse when it first starts.
  13. If every officer was to receive firearm training, I'm sure the standards of the training would drop. I'm not against there being more Taser officers, AFOs, SFOs & CTSFOs. As long as the standards of the training they receive remains as high as it is now. It would appear that our police are so good at talking to people that others are willing to learn from them. http://news.sky.com/story/scots-police-teach-us-cops-how-to-avoid-gun-use-10151069 And a reminder to people from outside the UK: Guns are not banned in the UK. They are however very strictly regulated.
  14. Just a note to everyone who is leaving negative reviews of V, IV and MP3—or everything R*/T2. You forgot something:

  16. 99% of people who claim they will boycott T2 and R* will conveniently forget their boycott as soon as RDR2 is released.
  17. But not counselling apparently
