Is your GTAIV.exe set to any compatibility mode? I got it complaining about this but running as XP.

Delete dsound.dll from your IV folder, run the installer again, deselect dsound and select xliveless.

Open your IV directory (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\) and right click and open properties for GTAIV.exe, click the details tab and product or file version is your version. Steam should update steam games automatically.

There are a couple of scripts on GTAForums.com that try to stop cars rear ending you when stopped, but they don't work. When you have the console open it activates the brake lights and freezes all traffic within a certain radius.

I don't think you can do that, it is most likely in the animation files and as far as I know there is no animation editor/converter/importer.

Okay, rename it wherever it is then try running IV.

Rename IVdashcam.net.dll in /scripts/ to IVdashcam.net.dll.BAK and see if it works, it should not be causing CTDs.

No need to uninstall it, just install XNA 3.

No support for 0.95. Switch to 0.91, keep trying to solve the problem yourself or wait for 0.95 release.

Disable traffic using SimpleNativeTrainer, then Traffic Flow V5 will spawn the traffic.

Script names from the diagnostic look like 0.95 but the log claims 0.91. Do you have the latest supported version from here?
