Approved. By the way the Diagnostic tool can be obtained from these two servers: http://twoninersix.multigamemods.com/G17 Media IV Diagnostics.zip (less reliable) http://86.13.104.241/personal/dl/lcpdfr/G17 Media IV Diagnostics.zip (more reliable but the IP is dynamic(though rarely changes))</p>

    Someone with a crap computer.
  3. Skin: http://imgur.com/sRD7x Model: probably one from GPM
  4. You should not see any speed difference on Steam vs disc, either way the game content is on your HDD/SDD. The only thing that would make it slower is bad fragmentation or a slow HDD(<6200rpm), the negative is the download time.
  5. Sniper296 posted a gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  6. Yet another download gets mysteriously unapproved, try now.
  7. Maybe it is because they let a computer(powerful but dumb) do the job of a human. Computers are only as intelligent as the people who program them, and this ban system must have been programed by an idiot. The intelligent thing to do: let the computer find possible fake names, then refer that account to a human so they can research the name and decide. What kind of pathetic database are they checking the names against anyway? BehindTheName.com has Storm, do they have a database of only 60 names?
  8. I have no policing background, but I would think it is because pepper spray and Tasers are proven non-lethal (if used properly and responsibly), but batons could do damage that might result in the police getting sued.
  9. The "New York Modification" is the one lead by FFW TUT, still in progress but much more advanced. The "New York Mod" is the one by some of the LA Mod team, released but lacking some features, a map and units.
  10. Pretty epic, but it will look like a sub-mod made in an hour when the New York Modification comes out.
  11. No clue either, that mod just gets all cops in an array and deletes their weapons at set intervals. I have been looking for the file that controls weapon selection for AI for a while.
  12. This has happened to me twice today. :wallbash:
  13. I agree, most likely the lower LOD's, I think I have seen this back before I had any mods.
  14. You can get your textures back: Open the graphics menu ingame, change the resolution up or down one setting, apply, your textures should start loading again, now just set your resolution back to normal.
  15. We also have both a Steam and Xfire group.
  16. Nothing to see here folks! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  17. Thanks. Scripthookdotnet does not have an ability to do that and it would take a lot of work to tie every speed to every road, plus this display is a reproduction of the Provida 4k The first car registered a little late, 25.59, just before the second car, most likely because it was the first time it had been used that launch of GTA IV. The first van managed to get past & the green Infernus & the brown Blista Compact; at this time the radar scans three times per second, I think I will add an option to increase/decrease the scan rate.
  18. Really; I have IE9, FF5, CH13, S5 & O11 and I can say that I think they are in this order best - worst: FireFox5, Opera11, Chrome13 & Safari5, InternetExplorer9 Maybe for the Quote, MultiQuote & Follow this topic buttons you could use something like this: .ipsButton_secondary { -moz-transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s; background: -moz-linear-gradient(center top , #303030 0%, #101010 100%) repeat scroll 0 0 transparent; border: 1px solid #303030; border-radius: 3px 3px 3px 3px; box-shadow: 0 1px 0 #505050 inset, 0 1px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3); display: inline-block; font-size: 12px; height: 22px; line-height: 22px; padding: 0 10px; white-space: nowrap; }
  19. I have an old Pentium 4 with a GeForce 6200, the only thing it is any good for is browsing the internet and running games pre 2005.
  20. Alternative download Official media http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YpEx4853wo Semi-Official media (testers)
  21. No, it is the over-poly cars and ELS that cause that, LCPD:FR does slightly increase it because of backup.
  22. Anyone who uses Google toolbar's spellcheck to check for typos will notice that the new CKEditor with IPB 3.2 does not cooperate with it, that is because it uses an editable iframe instead of a textarea to display the styling of the text. The workaround: If your text looks like this: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Then you are in RTE mode. If your text looks like this: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Then you are in Editor mode To use spellcheck: Click the lightswitch(), if in RTE mode, to enter Editor mode and then hit spellcheck.
  23. Some weapons from Grim's weapon pack Simple Native Trainer Dev version of IVDashCam(link not dev version) LCPD:FR 0.95 Beta 1 Testers version Realistic driving & flying ELS V5 Various file modifications for added realism and performance I can't remember exactly what cars but: NoosE cruiser replaced with an ELS CVPI FIB buffalo replaced with a non ELS unmarked CVPI
  24. Got EM4 from Game, you could also try Gamestation, the usual online shops and Steam.
  25. If the above notice is about upgrading to IPB 3.2, may I make the request that you do not enable this mode:
