City bug (Also referred to as "texture loss") is caused by having so many high poly mods that GTA just says 'Fuck this' and decides not to load textures, it is also caused by too high-end ENB's that GTA/your computer can't handle, so if you run a ENB, that may also be the issue, it looks like you have decent specs, if it's not a ENB, I don't know.

It does not matter how old you are to be smart, he could be the smartest man alive for all we know! I'm 11, but I didn't go to Zmodeler school to learn about Zmodeler, yet I know how to work it. NickieB didn't go to 3d modeling school to learn how to 3d model, but he knows how to do it. you don't have to go to school to learn things.

In Zmod, i've attached all of my light extras, but when I try to move the extras back to the main lightbar, the lights in the rear lightbar go out, and the main lightbar's lights stay on, what causes this and how can I fix it?
