  1. Is your file actually set to be in use in GTA? Go into the file called "_SLOTCONTROL" and make sure the car you are using is assigned to the certain config. So let's say I have a vehicle in the "police" slot, and I just added a custom config from a car I downloaded. Once the file is in the ELS folder, i'm going to go into "_SLOTCONTROL" and look at "POLICE" and i'm going to see: "[ POLICE ] Status = on File = sheriff" BUT WAIT! The file I want to be in that slot is called "CHP Config"! So you simply change the name of the File. So it should be: "[ POLICE ] Status = on File = CHP Config"

  3. -Snip- Had a brain fart, nevermind.
  4. After watching the video, I noticed, do you have Corona AND extra_5 and 6 headlights?
  5. Oh, Okay. Like I said, they must be either fazed out, or just really rare.
  6. Can't wait for this! Especially if it's going to come with the PC version!
  7. I do not understand this at all. Guns don't shoot people. People shoot people. You cannot blame the gun manufacturer for making a gun, and then selling the gun. How could they have known the gun would be used to kill innocent lives? The gun salesman could not have known the mental state of son, because his parents bought the gun, not the son. AR-15s are very popular among professional shooters for their lightweight and accuracy, which is why they are sold to the public. Honestly, I would be less surprised if they sued the shooter's parents for wrongful death, because the parents allowed the son access to the gun.
  8. As far as I know, The Alaska State Troopers do not use Tahoes. I've never seen a picture of them or seen one on the show. I may be wrong, but if I am, they must be very rare.
  9. I used to play War Thunder, I just kinda stopped. It does look like it's changed since I played it, may get back into it again.
  10. I'm okay with VIP and Old School, but I don't really see a point in the Featured Member if it's only temporary. Most members who get their downloads featured a few times are given profile backgrounds, which is kind of an un-official featured members group anyway. He's not saying that you would have to pay to be able to get on the site, he's saying that if you want more features (Profile backgrounds, profile music, custom signatures, etc.) you could sign up to pay a monthly fee and get those features. If you don't want to, you wouldn't have to pay.
  11. (For now) This is the closest thing you will get: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/dilettante-police-lcpd-f17781 I do believe Sergiyj is working on a Prius, but I do not know if he will use it to make an NYPD version.
  12. Welcome to the forums! My only tip for you is to create a copy of your directory, and put it in a safe place. GTA IV can be really unstable at times, so backups are a necessity.

  18. Gotta admit Kanyo, I laughed at some of yours. Mikichii, not so much. And last but not least, the Jurassic Park full movie:
