I'm going to go with RCMP. They have about 32 people in game a lot. That has to be really hard to manage all those people, but I give them a lot of credit! (...not advertising, just an opinion..)

If your talking about the emergency lights, than you need to go into SparkIV or OpenIV and edit the .wtd of the vehicle, then the emerglights.png file. Those are the emergency lights. Carcols will only change how the car spawns in game in relation to whatever colors it's set to. ie: the Admiral will spawn black, but never bright orange.

Obviously we all want new models and new cars, but as stated above, people have no access to these models. Then again, I don't know what you mean by "Variety". If you mean other types of vehicles that are not your average day police vehicles.. than I'm against that. ie: A 2001 Honda accord Police edition If you want to see variety than make them yourself. I don't mean to be rude here, but people put a lot of time into making that "Crown Victoria that looks the same". In fact, not all crown vics look alike. That's why we see a lot of crown vics or chargers, because they are all unique. Some may have the same equipment or lighting, but they are all different in some way. If you want to see more models, than be my guest and make us some.

Had this issue with an ENB. Try removing yours if you have one

For the record, in case anyone else looks at this in the future.. mine was caused by a WEAPONS.ivaud file / resident.rpf

A neat one could be a normal model with a holster & gun on the backside. Kinda like real life off duties carry. Short sleaved shirt? Ussualy though off duty carry weapons in their wasteband under the shirt though

I have some major plans I will be attempting to work on this summer. But a suggestion could be some sort of truck. Silverado? Ram? Chrysler 300 is neat too. But less trucks are out there and a lot are makred.
