  1. I know it's possible.. I just don't know what to do: Does anyone know how to increase the definition blur with an enb? Thanks

  3. Actually the NYSP has it's own branch dedicated to University Policing. Just like their State Park, and State Environmental and Highway Patrol. Their all under one agency So the budget comes right from the State Police funding =) Hope this helped
  4. Don't let your dreams be ruined by an imperfection. I'm no doctor, but if I was in your spot.. I'd try to find a way to live with it. Try to distinct the two colors. Don't give up yet!
  5. So how's humanity lookin for everyone?
  6. Another active shooter situation. Among the dead is the gunman himself. Read more here: http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/police-search-for-active-shooter-on-grounds-of-washington-navy-yard-in-southeast-dc/2013/09/16/b1d72b9a-1ecb-11e3-b7d1-7153ad47b549_story.html

  8. An unforgettable, diligent and smart team we have here running this community. Thank you, Sam! For making it possible! Without LCPDFR I wouldn't be where I am today. A semi-successful YouTube commentator, a community founder, involved in criminal justice, involved in numerous school safety assemblies, and a future Law Enforcement Officer. Without LCPDFR I wouldn't have said nearly half of that. What I tell the guys & girls I work with in my community: This is a unique place because everyone has the same interests. Either public safety, or helping people. We've all had a lot of rough times, from posts getting out of hand, to the DDOS attacks. We're still here... Just goes to show that we can stick this out, and as Sam said, we've got a long, challenging, and exciting road ahead of us.
  9. We should tottaly get this trending on twitter... #100kLCPDFR ....? Anyone? lol
  10. Welcome back buddy! :)
  11. RIP to anyone who lost a loved one that day as they call it "the day the earth stood still"

  14. Lol, That was surprisingly touching
  15. Everytime I use an EFLC enb my game crashes when I walk outside my door:P
  16. Does that really make the water change color? :o
  17. Not to sure if this is the right place, maybe more appropriate for support, but I'm not to sure. Anyways, my water color is always a dark grey / green... I've changed the water.wtd file countless times and it doesn't change anything about it. Any suggestions? I'd obviously like a nice blue but I don't know how to change it. Thanks, Chris
  18. I'm quoting both of you guys in hope you notice this post lol. I can't agree more with what Jay said. But the point of it is that people need to grow up. As a community everyone needs to get over the drama and crap that happens here. Overall what we're dealing with, in my opinion, is the fact of egos. Since everyone is so secure about their modification knowledge, it seems they resort to picking on those who don't to feel like they need power. Stricter rules, may help. Adding 4 more mods though, I don't know if that will help. Personally, if the current mods get more strict, I think that'd be a major help!
  19. I have to agree with you there. The competition is huge here, on LCPDFR. That could be the cause of a lot of things...
