That happened to me. You need to login to your CPannel for your router & then change your UPnP status & then just save and it should be good

So should I just use ALL the files from the current one and just move it over into the directory? Just like the normal GTA IV ENBs or do I put it in TBoGT?

Hey guys, So I'm swapping to EFLC and I was wondering if I can use my GTA IV ENB for EFLC? I would really like too and I'm just not sure how, or even if I can do it. Thanks Guys Just looking for some information on where to put which files or even if it will work?

If your getting out of the car and your hold F key, then that's why. Just click F and do not hold it down
