How about when you call for back up they actually do anything else than to shoot the suspects? Another thing that would be nice to fix (If it's posibble), to not make the AI shoot at people fighting, but to arrest them.

totally agree, saw a really good pursuit of a fat guy on a MC (I laughed quite hard ), but the CHP untis just pulled away and they had a helicoper following the subject, he was later arrested by LASD, LAPD & CHP while trying to blend in with the crowd. Here's another pursuit in LA, it's a quite good one, might be bad video quality but you get to see som CHP FPIU's in action.

The "They abort a pursuit if it goes over 60 MPH" was a joke on my side. I heard a radio debate about police aborting pursits a lot lately. On the second part, I also read, that in order for the police to stop and cite the driver whom are texting and/or doing something on their phone (With the exception of calling) they need proof in order to hand out the citation. They also need to know that it affects the drivers "driver style" in other words, can the driver drive normally or not while texting... (E.G. Sverving in and out of lanes). Overall the posts were about the Swedish police insufficiency, and how they have the capacity to do some great policing, but.... Edit: Found a quote about it (In Swedish ofc) but they quoted from the law itsef - ”Vid färd på väg med ett motordrivet fordon får föraren ägna sig åt aktiviteter såsom användande av mobiltelefon och annan kommunikationsutrustning, endast om det inte inverkar menligt på framförandet av fordonet.” As you can see, it's quite a weak and stupid law, why not just ban the cell phone overall when driving? Don't even bother to say anything... Honestly we have a quite "fresh" and capable police force, it's just our retarded laws and politicians stupidness that's stopping them from being efficient. If we (police & taxpayers) started to stop buying all these police cars who tend to crash more than "regular" cars in Sweden, then they should change moto, their current moto seem to be "slow and safe", instead of atleast trying to get there (safely of course, but not in slow motiont please...) The respond times here where I live is around 5-10 min for the fire department & ambulance services, meanwhile it's like 30 min for the police. (The local police station is 5 min away from my house with car...). I really don't mean to hate on the police department in Sweden, they know what they're doing it's just that we have such a complicated justice system and stupid laws in Sweden which stops the police from being as efficient as it could be. It just makes me quite angry when people complain about the police, I'm aware I just did that but I'm not blaiming only them, but the way the justice system works in Sweden. E.G. In order to give out a speeding ticket in Sweden, the police needs like 1-2 minute video of the person speeding. We're also allowed to talk in our phone while driving, just not texting or using the phone in any other way, what's the point of that? Plot twist: The police can only stop the driver and hand out a ticket if A: they can prove w/ video that the driver were texting B: That it affects the driver's "driving style" In Stockhlm "county" (Län in Swedish, we're the biggest), we have around 6 900 police officers. The total force of all of Sweden is 20 000 for 9 M people. .... Hey! So I was browsing for a good reference picture of a Cali police car, and all the sudden I saw this picture. Could anyone tell me what happenend to LACPD, or if it's fake? I mena, it's not 100% sure, I just can't decide. I have a couple of different departsments I'm trested in, but LAPD to me is very close to my heart. I know LA is not the paradise... But it's someting about LAPD which just, I can't really descibe it. It just makes me feel good. Everytime I've gone to LA, the LAPD has always been nice, taken pictures and just talked to me. I know there's budget cuts and the economy is pretty crappy overall in not just Cali, but the whole of US. Sidenote: I don't really mind working in the ghetto, but there's something special of the brotherhood in LAPD. It's special in all Sheriff's/Police Departments, it's just that it feels like a closer brotherhood IMO. Anyways, do you have any departments you recomend, prefeably not a tiny department, and I'd really like a partner. But thanks for the heads up !
