Video Shows Massive Black Ice Accident In Massachusetts
Good thing everyone's ok! Looks like chaos. Last year in Sweden we had a similar huge crash in Scania (Skåne in Swedish) on a bridge. It ended with a fire engine crashing while responding and I believe it was a toal of around 100 cars involved. Unsure how many got killed, but I do know that a trucker got killed trying to warn other drivers, and a lot of serious injuries.

Anyone want a weapon?
In Soviet Russia, AK47's use the cops I'd like a riot shield. And if someone could make a riot script or something, that'd be great!

Good mods?
It is indeed. Me myself, I use all kinds of mods E.G. Tow truck service, Coroners, ALPR script, ELS v7, police helper etc... So, it can work, but what I've done is not downloaded any ENB since it seems to make my PC crazy, and it's a good gaming PC. And while we're at it, don't forget to download CVPI's and fill your game with that beauty Edit: Wish you best of luck, and download as many mods as you want. Just make sure you have a back up of the GTA IV folder, just in case... *Before you start downloading mods*

ELS V7 Pattern Questions
That's for a function called cruise which allows defined extra modules to be left on steady-burn which works both when you have a ELS light stage turned on or off, the first option allows you to disable the function at stage 3. Cruse lights will emit at lower environment intensity. I know the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Florida uses a function like this on thier Liberties,I have seen something similar used by the LAPD and LASD, the Spanish police also uses steady-burns at any time during nighttime. Hm, that's intresting. It used to be a debate if the Swedish police should patrol with lights on. Personally I think it might be a good idea, if I don't remmember wrong, the DC MPD also uses the burn function sometimes. Saw it last time I were there (2 years ago).

ELS V7 Pattern Questions
No, I'm using red & blue only. The thing is that I have that set up as you have above, but it still has a red reflection. It's not really a big thing, it just really grinds my gear...

ELS V7 Pattern Questions
While we're at it, can someone please explain how I change the color of the reflection? Whenever I use my ELS lights it's just red reflections on the ground.

Paul Walker dead!
The thread is called "Paul Walker dead!". Of course it's a shame whenever a person dies, but this is about remembering Paul Walker. A real legend, who actually liked cars for real, and not just in the movies.

A police paddy wagon built from scratch would be something nice and cool As too why I hate x-mas tree looking cars, is simply because I think it's just freakin' ugly and not even usefull. IRL it's enough with a lightbar on the roof, wig-wag headlights & tail ligths. Maybe a extra light? But that's enough. If you had a x-mas tree car IRL it wouldn't help you at all, it would just make drivers blind... Edit: Pictures... - Picture's of great looking paddy wagons (IMO) *Personally I like the first one*- What's this little seatbelt sign thing?
Thanks! Read about it, and it sounds quite awsome actually. Sidenote: Does it make that *ding, ding, ding* like you hear in car chases when the officer drives without his seatbelt?- GTA EFLC
Good luck, it might take a while, but it's worth it!- GTA EFLC
Tip: Leave your computer alone until it's 100% downloaded and installed. Everytime I have to download GTA IV from Steam it takes me around 16H...- [WIP] BIFF Snowplow
REally looking forward to the release of this. Eventhough it's 3rd of December, we still don't have any snow in Stockholm. It's just shocking! Anyways, I'll easily download this model whenever it gets released. 5/5 on your work so far, keep uploading the pictures of your progress- Local Law Enforcement Agency/Local Police Force
Edit - I had to remove a lot of text and imagists so I could post this. I live in Stockholm, Sweden right now. And all I can say... I went from a day with CVPI's in my everyday life to Volvo's, and it makes me sad *I'm not working as a police officer, I'm in Swedish highschool right now* Anyways, in Sweden we have a nationwide police Department/service, fire department & Ambulance services, BUT it's divided up into "counties" (Län in Swedish). So basically I live in Stockholm "County" (Län). In Stockholm county, we - the police department mainly use Volvo V70/XC70's, VW's, Mercedes-Benz & SAAB's. *Sorry for the different shapes & some watermarked pictures, it's hard to find "good" ones* - I write we, reffering to us in Stockholm "county" (Län) and the police. Our primary police vehicle is the Volvo V70/XC70 The SAAB 9-5 & 9-3 Aero (My favourite police car after the CVPI ofc) The SAAB 9-3 Aero, it was never really used as a official patrol vehicle, but they do have some (Note: very few) of them. VW - We use both the VW Passat and the VW Transporter, both as unmarked and marked vehicles. The VW Transporter Mercedes-Benz - We use both the E350 as a patrol car (Marked & unmarked), the Sprinter as a transporter and the Vito as Supervisor & transport vehicle. The Mercedes-Benz E350 patrol vehicle ´ The Mercedes-Benz Vito used both as a supervisor vehicle and police transporter. The supervisor version (Note: "Lednings fordon" - "Supervisor Vehicle" or "lead vehicle". The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter They're often used as "riot control vehicles" for soccer (European football) games. Unmarked vehicles The Stockholm "County" police uses all kinds of unmarked vehicles, but the most common one is the XC70/V70's. They're used for everything, from detective vehicles to traffic enforcment. The unmarked vehicles in Stockholm county uses built-in LED lights, but they also have acces to a so called "Kojak light", which is a blue LED rotorlight which they put up on the roof with help of a magnet under it. Unmarked vehicle w/ Kojak on the roof A unmarked Mercedes-Benz Vito Piketen (SWAT) The Swedish SWAT (Piketen in Swedish) is the police departments last resort. Eventhough the Swedish police actually have a special military-like force called Nationella Insatsstyrkan, this is often reffered to as the "last resort". They use all kinds of cars, not just to blend in to a "everyday life" but to fit their special equipment. Therefor they use a variaty of cars. Look at the door, it clearly says "Stockholms Län Piketen" - Translation would be - "Stockholm County SWAT" Chevy's The Stockholm "County" Police Department uses quite a few of Chevy "busses" or vans. Both as SWAT vehicles, supervisor version, Stockholm Transit police & and regular transporters. Once again, read on the door, it clearly says "Stockholms Län Tunnelbanepolisen" translaton - "Stockholm County Transit Police". A chevy Supervisor untit or Ledningsfordon in Swedish Police officers We have a total of 28 500 (app) police officers in all of Sweden, 6 900 of those work in Stockholm "county" (Län). "Regular" patrol officers walking with high-visibilty vests Everyday police uniform Piketen (SWAT) YouTube videos of different police cars responding. Sorry for making the post so long, but I wanted everyone to have a good "basic" knowledge about the Stockholm "County" police. Are you intrested in knowing more about the Swedish Police? Read this - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swedish_Police_Service Did I say something that's wrong? Quote this post and correct me - Need some opinions
