  1. If you're talking about EVI's FS Valor, it isn't ELS mapped.
  2. If he were to go AMD based I would recommend one of the FX series chips, possibly the 6300. With that, you get a 6-core CPU that performs surprisingly well for the price point. Plus, it's a Black edition CPU, so you can pretty much overclock the hell out of it with good results. I have that CPU myself, and with a ~$60 water cooling loop, I got it to 4.3GHz, and my temperatures at max load don't exceed 40-45c.

  5. Pretty solid build! But something you could do to boost performance a bit: lower your CPU to a less powerful i5. It won't effect performance much and you will still have a quad-core, overclockable CPU if you get a 'K' series. With the money saved from that, bump up your GPU to a GTX 760. It provides awesome performance for the money, and it only requires 1 6-pin PCIe connector, which your 500w PSU should come with.

  7. Yeah, maybe I went a little overboard :P But GTA is just simply a terrible port of a game for PC. I will have my specs down below if you want to check them out. I run Game4Video's ENB and average about 30 FPS on multiplayer with car/ped/gun/sound/ELS mods.
  8. As drdetriot said, onboard graphics won't be able to run many, if any games. Also, your CPU is pretty low-end, and a good CPU helps in GTA IV. I have a $400+ graphics card, and I still only get around 25-30 FPS average on GTA. Truth is, it's just a terrible port over from the 360 version of the game, so even if you have a dual CPU system and quad SLI 780ti's, you won't be running it maxed out at 60+FPS.
