Here's something else to try. Type 'ppm' in the LCPD suspect lookup. It activates enhanced PPM realism mode.

I've tried so many times to stop the scripted peds from doing their stuff but I just cant quite get it. I'll see if it can be achieved with some advancedhook magic.

Police Washington V1 This is just a pretty basic model edit that replaces the police cruiser with an Albany Washington. In my opinion, it is a kick ass car and looks pretty much like a Crown Victoria. The reason that I made this is that I hate the default police cruiser but at the same time, I don't like ELS/high poly models so this more or less a non-els crown victoria with 100k less polys. Model is templated, but I'm not very good at it so the template is quite blurry and crap and there are a few little bugs visible on the model. Zmodeler2 is the only program which you can use to edit IV cars with. Currently there is no program to edit IV peds with.

Cleveland has engineered that scene a lot. There are no working officers by default, there are no solid walls, there is no collision in any of the furniture. We wanted to use this but due to the bugs and glitches involved, it is far easier and more viable to use the lawyer office instead, which you can customize by editing the textures with SparkIV.

There will also be an ingame menu where you van view your controls ;)

Despite being a wreck, the policew is still vulnerable to damage from collisions and weapons. It has the motor sound of that found in the Police Buffalo, and its acceleration is the equivalent, along with top speed, and handling. The physical motor acts as if nothing is wrong with it, and runs as healthy as any good motor. Aside mods or hacking, the policew is otherwise unobtainable in the game. The car is regarded as a conventional traffic vehicle, and as a result, may also spawn in traffic if the player is driving a policew themselves.
